Great customer service
I ordered 2 very expensive lap trays. I wanted cushioned trays with no groves for dirt to collect. They are walnut and on both trays one corner was damaged in transit. Homearama quickly accepted that the trays were damaged, even though left their warehouse new. Replacements had to be ordered but were sent out as soon as they were available. Great product, love the trays, worth the money and great customer service.

We're so happy the trays finally made it! Every Bosign LapTray is carefully hand-checked before we send it out to make sure the top surface is perfect. That’s why it’s really frustrating when damage happens during delivery, even though we wrap them extra well to keep them safe!
These trays are fantastic and built to last, so we hope they’ll be useful to you for years. Just wipe the top with a soft, damp cloth being careful not to scratch it, and if the cushion cover needs a refresh, you can easily remove it and throw it in the washing machine at 30 degrees.

Selling items that they do not have
I ordered a small item that should have arrived within a fortnight. It took over 2 months. They are selling drop ship, but do not make this clear on their website.

I can fully understand your frustration but I can assure you we are not selling Dropship we do hold considerable stock in our Bampton Oxford warehouse. I am truly sorry for the ridiculous delay in your particular items arriving. We were unaware that the Danish Distributor (who stocks for all of Europe & the UK) had, in December, sold their business to a German company. This resulted in delays of stock transference, repricing and then supplying. We have worked with Hachiman for many years now and this was completely unexpected and delayed all our orders.
Again I apologise and hope the Storage Boxes purchased meet expectations.

That is absolutely not our style and, as you can see from our many reviews, we pride ourselves on our friendly, human approach. The cushion can be removed and the cover the washed at up to 30C but the top should only be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth to protect the non-slip surface.
