This robotic hoover/mop is a game changer. Easy set up, fantastic after sales support.

It really is a brilliant machine. We love it and it hoovers and mops all of downstairs (yes it goes over saddle boards easily) in quick time. We are delighted with it.

Purchased the Dottie vacuum from Homebot Ireland after hearing about them online and Jess Kelly on Newstalk. Their customer service was incredible, very fast, friendly and helpful. Their product is brilliant too. Great Irish Company!!

I ordered a pre-owned robot vacuum cleaner (Dottie) from this Cork based company. I am very happy with the product, it is in great condition and works really well. I was worried about the space it would take but it is not in the way. It makes such a difference to have one floor completely vacuumed and mopped every day with no effort. It is great to buy from an Irish company and be able to deal with someone here in Ireland if things go wrong. The videos on how to use it on their website are great as well- very informative. No regrets on this.

We didn't think that robot vacuum/mop was an option for our multi-level home but we put in a request for a call back and in less than an hour our questions were answered. And within a couple of days we had our Glider. I doubt our floors have ever been so clean or well maintained and we have a 3 cats and a dog tracking through the place. Great machine and fantastic customer service. We are absolutely delighted with our HomeBot purchase.

We bought the Glider Robot Vacuum and Mop over a year ago . It is a fantastic product. There are some basic set up tasks while the robot maps the house. While it has a very good ability to navigate around or over rugs and furniture legs, we tend to lift what we can out of the way, We did have one incident last year where it tried to vacuum the Christmas tree stand but ended up mounted on the branches!
We have just bought a robot lawn mower from this company as we were so pleased with their vacuum product and are confident that should any issues arise, we can contact them for help and advise.

Recently purchased glider the complete home cleaner. This thing is amazing. Super easy set up (can use WiFi or phone hot-spot, the videos are very informative) First it maps your home on its own to get the layout of the house then giving you a choice on the app what room to clean. Sences between carpet and hard floor itself and can travel over very high saddles. Lots of spares in the pack also.

Couldn't be happier with how clean it leaves carpet and tiles.

This review is about the app homebot uses and working the vacuum cleaner. A friend gave me a loan of her homebot vacuum cleaner and we have had horrendous difficulty getting the app to work with the vacuum cleaner, indeed we cannot setup a new account and we cannot work the homebot. The two buttons on the machine are not enough to operate the robot. It failed to properly map my kitchen and we cannot get it to do it again. This is a vacuum cleaner and I should be able to move it anywhere and use it; there should not be a limit on users in the app and the cleaner is too difficult to operate. On a positive note it cleans very well when we turn it on, we just cannot get it to work when and where we want and the app doesn't really control it. Pity as it is a good machine. I'm poor with technology but the friend who loaned it is good. After 2 hours in my house we failed to set it up, good machine pity about the app and controls. In fairness her first setup in her home worked perfectly.

Absolutely amazing family run business. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Great quality items and great prices.
