We’ve used Homebound twice to help sell our family home and a flat, both in London. (we have relocated). I could not recommend both Bella and Manon and their team enough. So slick and professional - fast paced with great results. Our house was on the market for months until we dressed it using Homebound and we got an offer within weeks. We would 100% use them again. Stylish, well worth it. Do it!

Homebound delivered as advertised and more! Movers were friendly even after having to bring a long couch up a narrow hallway and a flight of stairs! Oscar was professional and helped me feel comfortable in the process as an American working abroad. Strongly recommend Homebound to everyone!

We are a firm of developers building new stylish homes within the Huddersfield area, we recently appointed Homebound to fit out one of our new show homes and received an outstanding service. From the start of the process, creating mood boards to define the interior design package through to the install and completion on site, Homebound exceeded all expectations above and beyond with their attention to detail, quality of their work together with the installation process on site. A great team to work with!

We moved to the London area on a one-year work visa. It was so expensive to ship overseas and buying new meant we would have to sell or giveaway at the end of a year. Finding Homebound was the perfect solution for long-term furniture rental. Everything looks great in our home and the entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. We received a mood board along with a detailed list of what we would receive, and Maddie has made everything so easy for us and we love everything she picked out. Delivery and set up was always on time and very professional. They set everything up with white glove service and cleaned up boxes/trash and in a few hours we were left with a perfectly furnished home without lifting a finger. I highly recommend Homebound, and the entire process has been such a great experience. The other furniture rental companies we explored felt very corporate and cold, I love that we were able to receive something that fit our personality a bit more. I am so grateful!

Great communication and service from start to finish. We needed an apartment staging with very short notice and the team at Homebound really delivered for us, turning the whole process around in less than a week and leaving us with an amazing apartment to show investors and agents. Can’t recommend them enough.

Homebound’s customer service has been fantastic. Within only a week’s notice I was able to use Homebound to deliver and assemble furniture in a new flat. Responses were almost immediate to any questions I had. Even when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size dining table and then discovered that the size I needed wouldn’t be available for a few weeks, they were really kind and came back the next day with a different option that I could use in the meantime. The furniture is great quality and they’ve made moving/furnishing a flat a lot less stressful.

Renting our furniture with Homebound was the best decision we could have made!
Bradley went above and beyond to get us our furniture on time, despite many delays on part of delivery companies due to road closures over the queen’s funeral weekend.

Homebound has a really impressive range of high spec furniture in beautiful condition at really reasonable rental prices with an
impressively prompt, helpful and engaging service run by Bradley. It was a complete coincidence that I found them on Google when I did so consequently I was able to go ahead and stage my property affordably and with style and efficacy. I can’t thank them enough.

Excellent service and furniture quality! The team arrived promptly on the day of delivery, assembled the pieces in no time at all. The same on day of collection, super fast and streamlined process - great communication throughout even with our Central London location and parking/ traffic factored in they were prompt.

The actual pieces of furniture themselves were of high quality, and had a super premium look and feel. We will definitely be using Homebound again! Thank you Bradley and Oscar for your service! :-)

Great service! So glad Homebound was created. I needed temporary furniture for our new flat while we waited for our permanent furniture from other suppliers to be built/shipped. The Homebound team was available to answer all of my questions about measurements, delivery. The team delivered the pieces quickly, assembled them onsite the same day, and removed all the packaging. Amazing service and I will use again - we may even buy some of the pieces that we rented. I highly recommend Homebound!

Every interaction with this company is like pulling teeth. I really wanted to support this small start up, and while they have a good range of furniture the experience so far has been severely lacking. Emails take days to answer, live chats are often not responded to.

Despite our furniture being dropped off by Homebound co-founders themselves, the 'white glove assembly' that was promised in several places on the website was not provided. Both co-founders insisted that they were not offering that anymore, and haven't been for over a month - leaving me to assemble furniture myself and with a mountain of boxes to organise council pick up for (at additional cost). As of two weeks after delivery, assembly service is still being promised on the Homebound website despite the business not offering it, something I find very misleading. I got 'I'll ask the team to check the website' as a response. I would have thought that as business owners, perhaps they would be aware of what their business and website promises.

In addition, the couch I ordered had completely different dimensions to what was listed on the Homebound website, something I only discovered after comparing with the information on Swyft's website. I emailed to confirm dimensions and had to cancel the couch as it would not have been able to fit our flat; this then left us without a couch on the long weekend.

Highly recommend this company. I’ve struggled sometimes to get top quality furniture, and through homebound I was able to subscribe for two beautiful high quality sofas, really elevates my living room and I couldn’t be happier! Customer service throughout has been amazing. 🤩
