It's just useless. Can't get it to work at all. Doesn't let me log in, have to keep resetting passwords, etc. All just to set a bl***y dishwasher. Life is too short for this nonsense. Wish we had bought a machine like our old one which didn't have this rubbish feature.

Honestly, Home Connect has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Their customer service is extremely poor , there are no follow-ups, no urgency, and absolutely no accountability. Once you’ve signed up, you’re essentially left on your own.

The WiFi service is unreliable and consistently frustrating, with ongoing issues and little to no meaningful support. Trying to get help feels pointless, as calls and queries are either ignored or go nowhere.

When problems are raised, the company avoids responsibility and shifts the blame onto the customer. Nothing is ever acknowledged as their fault.

I strongly recommend looking at alternative providers. There are far better companies that actually value their customers. Stay away from Home Connect, especially before getting locked into a 12-month contract , the poor service continues with no real support once you’re committed.

Well what can I say, I’ve been using them for about 3 months now and I’m paying around $87/deal (about 230 new deals a month). They told me they could get it down to $50/deal but I haven’t seen them hit that yet. Overall it beats my sales team on the doors and definitely beats Google by a mile.

4 stars because I’m not getting monthly reports anymore, just a call from my advisor. I’m indifferent about it.

Nextdoor works better than yelp, but Home Connect works 10x better. I don’t have a sales team or anyone answering the phones for me, so the fact that people can book appointments with me automatically makes my job easier. My advisor Ethan set me up with their call center in addition to texts, I’m getting real jobs not just “let me think about it”. I definitely recommend HC!

I've been with Home Connect since they launched in January and have spent over $90K in the last few months. When Brian first called, I was fed up with Google and the overpriced marketing agency I was using, so I figured, to hell with it, l'd give them a shot. Brian has been incredible; if anyone at Home Connect is reading this, give that guy a raise. We recently spent over $1M on a commercial, so when Brian told me they offer video views as a conversion type, I tested it out. Did it crush ROl? Not exactly, we barely broke even, but everyone in Laguna saw our ad, which was the goal. If you want real results and have a solid sales team, their lead gen is where it's at.

Alright I'm not gonna lie I was supper iffy about Home connect, but the window cleaning leads are decent. I saw a comment from one of their staff on Reddit and they helped me out for free. It cost way more than yelp but we all know how that goes. Im signing up for another month. 5 Stars!
