I ordered the wrong perfume by maskate and I can't return it so I have a man's perfume and got ripped off because the after service is awful be careful +I have just read another review and you told the customer to return so why can't I return mine 😡

Our returns policy allows products to be returned only if they remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging. As you confirmed that the wrapping had been removed from the fragrance, we are unfortunately unable to accept it back under our returns policy.
If an incorrect item had been sent by us, we would of course arrange a return or replacement. However, in this instance the item ordered was supplied correctly.

Disappointed as I ordered 02 Aoife and 04 grace , then when I finished ordering then got told if I ordered another one I would of got 3 for 2… also there is no smell of the 02 Aoife disappointing
Have got on to customer support and have to say great customer service and a resolution agreed.

WOW!Wow. Super fast delivery
WOW!Wow! I’ve never ordered from Home Cosmetics before so I was a bit nervous so I checked it out on Trustpilot, read the reviews & decided to go for it. Also, the price on my purchase was so reasonable & the best price I could find.
I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered 8th Jan Thursday night @ 10.19pm (bearing in mind my husband’s birthday was 10th January). I know but in my defence I was in hospital for a month.
I told him I was sorry but his present wouldn’t make it on time. Next thing DPD arrived at my door @10am. I was so pleased. I don’t know how they got it out so fast but they did. I will DEFINITELY purchase from Home cosmetics again. The postage was also free because my order was over €40. What a win. I was so impressed with my whole experience, I would HIGHLY Recommend them.

I would give less if I could purchase a product for a Christmas present that item wasn’t correct the smell was horrendous but just remember if you actually open the present to smell the item you cannot return it they’re selling fake products not originals do not use go somewhere else

I only gave 3 stars as I received my parcel with perfume bottle loose in gift box and the top of perfume lid completely of it, luckily I was able to get it back on and it wasn't damaged but I did loose some of the perfume trying good few times trying to get top of perfume back on. I would high recommend more packaging around your product to protect your perfumes and gift box's from been damaged.

Awful service avoid!
I have never used this company before I bought perfume spending over £70 (Order #33173) unfortunately I was sent the wrong perfume. I have sent them 2 emails and no response not even an acknowledgement of my emails. What a waste of money as I don’t like the perfume they sent me. Awful company and customer service avoid!!
