They had the best selection.
They had the best selection of the type of wallpaper that I was looking for. Quick delivery and well packaged.
Since I bought my wallpaper I have, unfortunately, not been able to get onto the website to look for more.

Excellent customer service
Received phone call later on day of ordering stating insufficient stock available to fulfil my order. Most apologetic and arranged refund immediately which has already been received. Great service, even though you were unable to supply. Thank you!

Not good customer service
You have to be joking I ordered wallpaper it told me it was in stock, weeks later you cancelled my order and the only good thing you refunded the money , not very good customer service

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, after looking at your order I can see you ordered a special order sample on the 31st of August that takes 1-3 weeks to arrive from Italy as per the order information. As of today we are still within this timeframe and the sample is still on its way to us however if you'd prefer we can cancel your order and refund you for the sample? Just contact us to do this if not your sample will stay on order and arrive with you shortly.
