I called for availability on an item. Came and it wasn't available. I ordered it and it was back ordered but the site said available. I was charged immediately but it wasn't to be shipped for a month.

Never again.

I am very happy with home design outlet center. I got my vanity as promised, good communication in terms of delivery, very nice vanity.

The solid wood traditional vanity was very competitively priced and the delivery was faster than expected. The condition of the packaging upon arrival was much better than other orders of this size and weight that I have received before. whom ever does the shipping did a great job.

​Worst customer service ever.I was told last Friday,then when I called Friday I was told Monday for sure.It is now Tuesday and the salesman TOLGA
tells me it is not his fault or not his problem.This after being promised I would have it 5 to 7 days from purchase date which was Nov 11th.
Absolutely horrible,then He tells me to call the transport company to arrange​ delivery.I just called the transport company,and guess what they do not seem to care to much about it either.
Don't promise what you cant not deliver! I purchased with agreement of needing the unit within a certain time frame.I am follwing up with them,instead they call me.This place is a complete joke.

I could not be more pleased. They offer design service which shows 3D design. I have the same bathroom that they designed. Amazing!!! Thank you so much guys

I was nervous buying a vanity online where I only had a picture and written description. But when I found out Home Design has a showroom in NJ, I believed it was worth to visit the showroom. Boy, was I right! Everyone from the front desk to management are very friendly and professional. We were given design ideas and honest opinions about vanities and tiles. My husband and I were very pleasant with the items we saw and the service we received. Also, they delivered everything with 3 days. Now, that we are done with the master bathroom, we are ready to do kids' room with Home Design. Because they are just the best! I highly recommend their products and service to everyone!

Honestly, just had a great experience with homedesignoutletcenter! After a rough attempt with another company, homedesignoutletcenter was quick, helpful, and had good pricing. I have not yet installed the bathroom vanity that I purchased, so I can ammend once I have. But, it arrived exactly on time and exactly as the photos suggested. Nothing broken, etc. Looking forward to seeing the final once installed.

Quality has gone down since they got rid of the warehouse in Dulles. Ordered a sink in Sep 16 and won't get here till Jan 17. Ordered a replacement sink in Oct 16 and they can't give me an update and no one answers their phones.

Great product, magnificent service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I can not even express my feelings right now. They had the product that I have dreamed to have. Noone has that many options for bathroom vanities.

the most important part of mounting the sink....the brackets...were the wrong side... my contractor had to improvise to get sink to mount.

It was a very easy process ordering my master bathroom vanity, it was delivered on time and had no issues with the Home Design Outlet Center. I called to set up a delivery date and time and the employees were very nice and helpful.

I stopped by for browsing and I amazed the stuff they sell. All in stock and then we have decided to purchase it right away. We were going back home with our vanity in trunk in 15 minutes. During pickup, they encouraged us to inspect everything and they showed every detail and how to take care of our vanities. Thank you so much Home Design Outlet Center.
