Poor Customer Service

Home Essentials Direct sent me the wrong item (I ordered a kitchen faucet part and got a shower head from a different brand) and then gave me the run around to get a refund. Very poor customer service - the company did not care that they made the mistake and are making it very difficult to get a refund. I understand that mistakes happen but at least try to fix them and don’t make it hard for me to get a refund. I am more than happy to send the shower head I don’t need or want back to them but will not pay for return shipping.

Poor service…

I ordered 2 Ergonomic Garden Kneeler and Seat July 3rd 2020. I never received the product and kept asking by email for updates. I emailed several times and got no response. Finally got a response on August 28 and said it had been processed. Never received the products and emails no longer worked.

DO NOT USE - Scammers

I ordered a skateboard for Christmas for my son. Home Essentials told me it was in stock and would be received within 5 - 7 days. I got an email after 10 days saying delivery will be in 4 weeks and then another email 7 days later saying the order has been cancelled as not in stock.

I have sent numerous emails chasing a refund and I have been ignored.

I wish I had seen all of the previous reviews before ordering through them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER ANY ITEMS!

1 star because 0 not an option. Thieves! They take your money, but don't deliver the product. If you try to contact them, you get no response. Do NOT order from this company!!!

What a waste of time

Ordered an oven advertised with 3-7 day delivery. Waited 7 days then called as no communication. Told it would be 4 more weeks. When I expressed my dismay at not being informed the advisor said “We only look at the order when you ring up” - what a shambles.

Hi, same as everyone, I ordered a gun massage on Oct 22nd, and never received a tracking confirmation. Sent many emails but no answers, but they charged already by card. I wish I have read the reviews before my "purchase." I don't find a phone number to call, it said only contact by email. Any suggestions please? Thanks

DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

Despite the poor reviews I decided to trust this company and ordered for a cheap deal. When they initially said my order would be a week late I rolled my eyes but accepted it. A week later the delivery didn't arrive and they updated the expected delivery to next month! Am cancelling the order and will have to see how easy that is...

Total SCAM, please DO NOT purchase from this so called company.

I've emailed this company to try and get a status on my order. I got a reply stating it takes 5-7 business days to process. We're beyond the allotted days for processing, and still there's nothing.

I tried calling them, but the line goes immediately to a recorded message stating "the subscriber you called is unavailable right now, please leave a message". I'm positive I will neither get a call back nor recieve any notifications suggesting that my order is on its way.

I pray for justice for all persons who have been SCAMMED by this or any other company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a digital thermometer 5 months ago and still have not recieved it. I tried calling and got a no answer so I emailed and still no answer. I just want my money back.

The worst service ever - scam warning

The worst service - do not purchase from here, it’s not worth being cheaper, pay a little extra and shop elsewhere.

Home essentials did not deliver all of my order despite having ordered it 6 weeks ago. I understand due to Covid-19, some items may be unavailable at the last minute so that was fine. They did not however even let me know it will not be delivered and I waited the full 6weeks. I had ordered 4 items of furniture as part of a set so when 1 item became unavailable I should have been told as I do not require half a set.

I proceeded to call them to ask what was happening. I called around 68 times over the course of 12 days, where on each call I was told they will look into it and call me back. Lazlo the customer services manager promised to call me back twice starting specific times and dates when he will call, and I cancelled work meetings on both occasions and received no call back. After trying to call back and speak to Lazlo, I was repeated just told he is busy and will definitely call back today, again I receive no calls.

A customer service advisor also took my card details and tried to charge me for items that were not for sale, promising me they will arrive on December 10th, when actually this item never existed and this was not going to happen. Lazlo said this shouldn’t have happened and I should not have been incorrectly charged around £250. He said they will listen to the recordings of the calls and action appropriately, I heard nothing again.

I was also referred to the after sales team who deal with queries and was promised they will call back in 48h to deal with compensation. Again, still not heard back. It has now been weeks

Never ever purchase from this store, they will attempt to scam you and charge you for items that don’t exist and not deliver them. And when you call to enquire, nobody will help and they will repeatedly fob you off.

They will also not reply to the standard message of ‘please email us and we will look into this’ that they will leave below.

Bought a air fryer back at the end of…

Bought a air fryer back at the end of June Charged to my account 6/30/2020 product as never been received . I have called they several times , emailed with no response . In my opinion this is very poor customer service . I will never buy from this company again . Fool me once will not fool me again . If I had read the reviews before purchasing I would of never bought anything . If they make it right and give me what I ordered or refund my money I will take this review down . I am reporting them to the better business bureau for false advertisement and product guarantee. #filed complaint with the BBB 11/22/2020

Absolutely do NOT spend your money…

Absolutely do NOT spend your money here, straight scam. Never received my order, won't respond to emails. Sent "tracking"number that states label created but awaiting the item, in other words they haven't sent it. I just disputed the charges on my card.

If I could give zero Stars I would I made an order for massager the order was never sent I asked for refund they told me that they were going to forward it to the department that handles refunds and now they stopped answering my emails it's been over a month

I put a order back in August 23 2020

I put a order back in August 23 2020, and now its November and I still haven't heard anything from home essentials. I tried sending emails after emails and can't get anyone to respond back to me. I tried calling the phone number that is on the page and can't get anywhere. I ask them to send me my order or refund me my money back. Wish they would just send me my order or refund me.
