Rude customer service rep
I got the two week trial of Rent to Own Homes by Homefinder.
I just called to cancel my membership and was overly kind to the gentleman helping me. He was trying to sell me to remain, but I POLITELY stated "No thank you", he made two more offers and I stated, "No, I am good".
He then QUICKLY ran through the spill about my membership was canceled, an email was sent, it may be in my spam folder and asked if there was anything else he could help me with.
AS I was saying, "No, I appreciate your help", he hung up... I didn't even finish my statement.
Because I didn't accept one of the offers he was rude? I work in the business world, and this is NO way to represent a company.
