Despite returning goods that they finally sent when I chased for my delivery,...|Not a single person in this company will respond to any emails and I have not reported them as scammers - be warned do not use if you require any refunds or think about returning Goods!!!

The product idea is great… however the plugin’s are super noisy and for small spaces the noise hums throughout the area. Customer service is appalling ! It is non existent.
I ordered the pack of 3 plug in infusers with 3 oils. I received 1 plug in and 1 oil.
I reached out to homefume and was told my missing items would be dispatched immediately. I have not received my missing items and homefume are not responding to emails or messages through there site enquiry form.
I the serenity diffuser from HomeFume ! It was super easy to install and the fragrance was beautiful! Definitely recommend this product! Often get comments from family and friends on how nice my house smells 🤍
Absolutely love this diffuser. My fave part if that its waterless and can be controlled via Bluetooth. Loving the periodic scents coming through my kitchen where its plugged in!
Really impressed with the smart home diffuser. The scents smell gorgeous and fill the room. Really like that you dont have to add water and that there are different settings to use. Would highly recommend.
Really impressed with my serenity diffuser. It is really simple to set up just a few steps to follow. It looks elegant in my home. The scents are super refreshing and some inspired by popular perfumes. The scent reaches other rooms which is fantastic as I’m always spraying. Overall I’m really happy and would recommend x

Great plug in diffuser! Simple to use and great design. Lovely scents too and many choices to choose from. Handy having an app to use to change the settings. The scent goes around my whole house. Best plug in diffuser I have used.
