Big wardrobe came in 3 parcels. Each parcel dealt with separate section of build so made it really easy to split assembly job between us. Easy instructions. Good value all round thanks.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I ordered two sliding door wardrobes. The screws and door plugs were missing. I reported it on the second day because I was working on renovations and the staff opened the box next day. No response despite several messages. Parts sitting there taking up space, and I can't finish the boys' room because the luck no standard wheels don't fit and I can't replace them. As a new customer, I got a 10% discount, probably for missing parts! Someone was tempted by some unknown company! The worst part is that one child has the wardrobe, and the other is disappointed and still keeps their things in cardboard boxes. Shameless.

No response if order incorrect

I purchased a door handle online when it arrived completely the wrong colour as described on website. Have contacted many many times and no response.
Homega is tied in with the easy gift company have left a review for them as well. Don't waste your money buying from these companies. They just take your money and run. Lucky for me my item didn't cost to much but would hate for potential new customers to get duped like me.

Avoid at all cost!!

Horrible experience, we bought a closet and it came without assembly instructions (in the box it mentioned they were included). We have called, sent emails and they provide the worst experience by not answering or sending emails mentioning they are super busy.. after many follow ups asking for the electronic copy they sent the cover page only with the safety instructions… funny for them I guess!

Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost!

No response from company

I was putting together a section. It tilted and the attachments ripped out. I have been trying to contact the company but unable to get an answer and no response to email. It has been over a week and still no reply.

I ordered a wardrobe we had an accident…

I ordered a wardrobe we had an accident trying to put it together, two of us have contacted homega on different occasions all I keep getting is we have an influx of request this has been going on for days now with no correspondence tried phoning but they don't answer. All we need are 2 parts of the wardrobe & fittings to get it put up very frustrating

Review of Homega Chest of Drawers

I purchased the Homega chest of drawers, and it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've ever made. The product was flimsy and completely fell apart within just three months of use, despite being assembled and used carefully.

When I contacted the company to request a refund, instead of resolving the issue as requested, they sent me a replacement chest of drawers in the post. This was not what I asked for, as I had already replaced it with a better-quality product from another brand. I canceled the delivery with the courier company, but my refund request is still being ignored.

The lack of customer service and refusal to provide a refund for a clearly defective product is unacceptable. I am now seeking legal advice to pursue a refund, as the chest of drawers clearly did not meet basic standards of quality or durability.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Homega. Their products are subpar, and their after-sales support is non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable company.

Absolutely awful do not buy from this…

Absolutely awful do not buy from this company! I bought a tallboy bathroom cabinet and an under sink cabinet both came badly scratched, dented and looked as if they had gone through a wood chipper beforehand.

We decided to send the under sink cabinet back, but keep the tallboy but had to arrange 3 different deliveries to get them to send out different parts that was not damaged. They were coming still damaged after asking them that they check them before they get sent out.

I have been speaking to a lady called Chell the whole time who did not care that the items were damaged and all the hassle we went though, she just gave the same generic email that I’m sure she sends to all of her customers. I asked for money off the tallboy as I explained the situation and she eventually agreed to 20% off after a battle.

We asked that the bathroom cabinet was sent back and she arranged for a courier to come and collect it on a Saturday, we waited in all day and then got a text saying that they had tried to collect it but we weren’t in which was a complete lie, and then they said they would collect it the next working day, to which no one turned up. Chell then arranged for it to be collected on another day, again no one showed up when I asked Chell why, she said that her emails were backed up as they were busy and she never got to arranging it in the end so we waited around for nothing, so then she arranged it for today, to which I have had to take time out of my day to make sure it gets collected, my front door camera gets the courier driving up to my house taking a picture then leaving, absolutely awful. I phoned Homega asking to speak to Chell, again no empathy or apology just a “ this was a goodwill gesture, normally you would have to drop it off” how is it goodwill if we have not had the goodwill? Them arranging a courier free of charge was the least they should do considering how much we have gone through with them.

I’ve now been told that it’s probably best that I just take it to my local evri and drop it off, as I won’t receive my refund until I do, baring in mind this has been going on for a month and half.

Please don’t order from this company it seems others have had the same hassle we have had from them, and they lack basic customer service skills and empathy, and don’t care about you waiting in all day for nothing!

This company used Yodel for delivery

This company used Yodel for delivery. My parcel was left outside near my car. I checked on my camera the delivery man rang the doorbell and vanished without waiting for anyone to open the door. I wasn’t there to take my parcel. Someone could have stolen it. Packaging was all damaged. I would have like to send pictures but there is no where to send. Can not give this package as a gift.

Don’t buy!

I purchased a chest of drawers from this company. Put it together and every drawer front is badly scratched!!!!
It was a nightmare to put together and looks terrible as front of drawers are all scratched. There was no protection cover on the front of drawers

the delivery driver didn't deliver my parcel …

the delivery driver didn't deliver my parcel . he actually signed my name and took it or left it outside my block of flats . his hand is clearly in photo holding it too . I sent proof that he even spelt my name wrong when he fruadly signed it himself .I'm a female with tattoos on both hands ,they said they won't do nothing as it says deiliverd and have not investigated this theft once ... I'll never order from these again and wish I stuck to known companies

Bought a bed size cabinet sent wrong…

Bought a bed size cabinet sent wrong colour contacted by email to let them know asked if I got 15% off would I keep the item obviously not as I would of bought that one if I wanted it sent back evri collected 3 weeks later saying they haven’t received it asking for order numbers etc evri driver who collected and scanned it through also said beyond a joke that this company has not “received “the item no contact what so ever avoid avoid avoid !

Bought lounge unit, arrived earlier than stated. Had queery with assembly and got through to a real human being on the phone...thats a rarity these days. 3 mins later all cleared up. Nice piece too.
