The owners of this company should be ashamed of themselves. After going through the unimaginable, my bestfriend came to care for her younger siblings at a very young age. They lived in a property which was managed by this company and had many problems due to the lack of care and service.
After moving out of the property, my bestfriend mistakenly sent them some money and when she politely requested it to be sent back they refused and claimed that she owed them this money along with extra fees. It has been 3 whole years since they had moved out of the property and they had not received an invoice to state there was an outstanding amount owed during this time. Yet when the money was sent accidentally, this is when Melissa and Aaron took it upon themselves to claim that the money was owed. The lack of customer service is appalling as an invoice was never sent in the first place and even when she has requested for one to prove that she owed the money, it still hasn’t been sent. You would think that any decent human being would have compassion given that they knew exactly what my bestfriend and her siblings were going through at the time having to deal with PTSD and grieving their dear mother. Melissa and Aaron showed otherwise and took advantage for their own financial gain once again, showing their true character, selfishness, greed and inconsiderate.
