It is nearly a month since I bought the product and I still didn't received it.
Firstly you sent me a fake tracking number.

Emailed them to cancel my order as it hasn’t arrived for 2 weeks, took them another 10 days to respond that it’s already in transit and I can return it afterwards. The item arrived after 4 weeks and I emailed them then to give me a return address - they have not responded and it has been 1 month since my two emails.

I ordered Car heating electric fan on 03.11.21. Paid £21.99 order #1144 Delivery must be done in 5-10d.Today is 24.11.21. But I didn't receive any delivery. I am very disappointed. This case I want my money back. But I didn't received any email from you.

Awful customer service. After eventually receiving the goods I want to return them and I have not had one email reply to my emails. There appears to be no customer contact number either. Very poor, I would not recommend this company at all

Worst company ever to deal with as received no order and have sent two emails with no reply asking when I should receive it. I have just sent a third one asking for a full refund of my order!

Great service , great product

Avoid this company. Followed the instructions on their website to return products (you have to ensue for a returns addrsss). Email twice, no response. I’ve had to go down the claims process with my credit card provider to try to recover my money.

I have still not received my order. After 22 days it's still showing as item leaving china. But it has been on this for about 20days now with no other update.
