Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Delivery was quick and customer service was fantastic. I had a slight issue which was down to a glitch on the website but Home of heat sorted the issue straight away.

Very easy to order
Very easy to order. Delivery was timely. Had a query on my order but they were very helpful. Can’t comment on the radiators as they are yet to be installed but if they are as good as their customer service there shouldn’t be a problem.

From ordering my goods I was given a service of good customer communication. Was sent emails with up date of what was going to happen next .The parcel arrived on time given. Well happy with my radiator was just as advertised on website.

Unbelievable service brilliant from start to finish. They even dropped of the second radiator for me themselves rather than using their courier because they knew the fitter was coming. Highly recommended.

Received the radiator within 2 working days. Radiator itself is very nicely designed, appears well made and heavy duty. Shame some matching thermo valves were not offered on website, as I would have bought them too rather than buying them separately elsewhere.
