Travelers is the worst insurance…

Travelers is the worst insurance company we have ever had!! They canceled our home insurance twice stating our roof had damage when they never even inspected our roof! We had it inspected the first time they canceled iour policy, and the inspector said there was nothing wrong with our roof. It was only 9 years old at that time. He gave us a report which I sent to Travelers but they didn't care. The second time they canceled us was for "granular loss" on our roof which, again, was never inspected. Some lady came out and took some pictures from the ground. (All used roofs have some granular los). This company also raised our auto rates almost $1000/yr even though we had no claims or accidents and are senior citizens, both with perfect driving records. They said we had to have car insurance with them if we had home insurance with them. There is more to this story but it is long and i think you can see what im saying. The truth is this company is dishonest, deceitful and operates using deceptive trade practices. They couldn't care less about their customers. They do not provide the services they claim to. I would never recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last company on the planet! Be warned and beware!

Admiral House Insurance

Hi just been told by admiral insurance that if your roof leaks it is not covered for rainfall unless there is a storm , so if it rains like last week and it is not classed has a storm you are not covered and they don't have time to tell people this before you take out the policy , So let me explain if you have a house with a roof unless it is storm damage that has caused it you can kiss you admiral policy goodbye

If something goes wrong, you're on your own

The agent I spoke with worked hard and I have a great rate on both of my Auto & Homeowners Policy. Once I finalized everything with her, I was unable to speak with her again....was always given some excuse. When they weren't able to answer my questions they told me to call my new insurance but my new insurance said that Homeinsurance.com didn't release my policy to them and couldn't help me until they did. Lots of back and forth and no one seemed to know what to do. I spoke to a Mitch and he said there was something wrong but he couldn't tell me what it was, wouldn't give me the name of someone that could. All he could do was leave them a message for them to call me. I was even told that they weren't licensed insurance agents and that was why they couldn't give me the answers that I needed to move forward. But once I complained to the BBB and the Insurance Commissioner in my state, it was amazing how fast things were resolved.

Fast and Professional Homeowners Insurance Renewal

Steve my agent at Homeownersinsurance.com got right down to business and found me a renewal premium I was willing to pay with a highly rated insurance company. Steve got me comparable coverage at a 29% discount over my current insurers renewal rate. So Steve and Homeownersinsurance.com found me a better deal than I could have on my own with tons of web searches and phone calls.

Great job after I complained

David did an excellent job!
Unfortunately, I called in 5 times before someone competent would help me.
I have 2 about to be 3 property insurance products through homeinsurance.com. One would think, a loyal customer would be treated well. I had to complain to a supervisor, Stanley to get to David.

I could not believe the rate the sales associate found for me. It was quick and I am very pleased. The level of customer service was excellent.

Really saved us money

The agent I spoke to was very informative and helpful. He was able to find me a quote that was literally half what others had quoted for home owners insurance. He even offered to contact our lender for us so all we will need to do is sign at closing.

NEW HOMEOWNER'S POLICY

Thanks so much for the help in finding my new Homeowner's policy. I've been looking for a new policy for quite some time but have given up and quit due to frustration. Steven Sutton was like a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate the help he gave in finding a new policy.

new customer

The woman that I talked to was very nice and I have decided to switch to travelers and hope I made the right choice. This will be saving me about $900 per year for 2 vehicles and one homeowners. I have not had any accidents, nor tickets, nor claims for many, many years, yet my other insurance kept going up each year. I have hopes this one will be better
