It has come down to me having to hire a lawyer.

This is an amazing company. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an alternative to a Heloc. It was a quick and easy process. They walked me through everything by explaining each step of the process with me. I would definitely recommend Homepace to anyone.

I tried to use traditional lenders to achieve some financial goals that I had set. I found Homepace and decided to give them a try. What I found was excellent service and honesty on a product that I was leary of simply because it was new to me. I spent some time with them reviewing the product, its limitations and its advantages. They were always willing to spend the time with me and discuss how I could use the product, and if it was the right fit. I will say this product is not for everyone and has some drawbacks just like any other financial product but also has some definite benefits. The team was great honest and responsive to all questions. I think Homepace has a great future and would highly recommend them in the future.
