Home Service Academy is legit and know every step you need to propel your business forward! I feel like the money I spent was a bargain and would do it again without thinking.

Great program! I totally recommend this for anyone starting up their company. It’s a great step by step guide and you can learn from their mistakes to avoid them (or mitigate them) yourself. Love having one on ones with my coach!

The team at HSA have been amazing. Especially coach Jaylen who has walked me through the entire process to get my cleaning business up and running. Would highly recommend their program for anyone that wants to save years off the process of starting a new cleaning business as you will start generating income if you follow the plan they lay out for all students.

Of course you pay for the program but that doesn't make it a scam, the dividends are
massive if you see yourself to the finish line and don't quit.

HSA is well worth the investment if you’re ready to put in the effort as well! If you have a cleaning business or service based business and need assistance starting and scaling, I highly recommend this business to any entrepreneur. Their coaches are real entrepreneurs in the business themselves and have experienced success to provide accurate and actionable advice.

After much apprehension and research I finally joined HSA in Late November of 2023 and I don't regret it one bit. They present the business model in a clear and understandable format, create obtainable weekly goals for students to strive for and honestly do give you everything it will require for someone to launch their own remote cleaning business. My coach Jaylen is always there to answer any questions or help me with situation or issues I'm unsure of. In the last 2 months, I personally have felt my entire mindset shift as everyday my business grows and I have no doubt in my mind my remote cleaning business has a foundation for success, surrounded by like minded business owners, and with the guidance of my Coach I am looking forward to and extremely optimistic about where my remote cleaning business will take me. The best decision I made in 2023 was INVESTING IN MYSELF by signing up for HSA.

I would 100% recommend HSA and all the couches there to anyone looking to build there cleaning empire.

Working hand in hand with my coaches has been great. They each have had amazing insight and are always available for partnership. Great overall resources available through Home Service Academy to be used from start to finish in my business.

Honestly this service is terrible. IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT BUY INTO IT. They are scammers and sneaky ones at that. They talk like you can’t get this information anywhere else. They do not care about you or the business you are trying to grow. They are money hungry. If a business is calling you several times for you to join their schooling there is already something fishy happening. Even their mentor situation doesn’t make sense. Why would these mentors quit their “fast growing businesses” to do mentorship?
Oh and if you want your money back make sure you tell them in THREE DAYS or else you will lose TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, but they will make sure not to tell you, you only have three days to decide. When we talked to the man who can make the choice of giving us our refund back, he wanted to “hold us accountable for our choices.” He said that we “didn’t qualify for a refund” then refused to tell us what qualifying for a refund looked like. He was disrespectful and had already made up his mind before we could even talk to him.
My husband and I went into this thinking it was going to be just as easy as they made it seem. We wanted to do a cleaning business in the first place, not a referral company (which is what they make you do.) we already had all the legal paper work, so the first week’s course we didn’t even need their info for that. As we kept going forward with the process it became more and more difficult than they made it seem. I am not the only who felt this way. I have talked to others on different forums whom have also been disrespected by this company and their team. The mentor that was assigned to us wasn’t readily available like they made it seem. He responded really late to messages and it was hard to get ahold of him. We had a weekly meeting with the mentor which we only did once. We weren’t even on the course everyday so even though we decided on the 8th day (10th day to them because that’s when it got to the decision maker) it was really only three days maybe less of work we had done in all. After taking a deeper look at the course, it was disorganized and we weren’t interested in taking our business down the route they were forcing us to saying,”it would be easier if we go this way.” We pleaded with the guy who makes the refund choice and he just kept telling us there was nothing he could do (even though he has the power to do something about it) and we would not be given a refund. I understand that this course, is what we agreed to and take responsibility for that. We were hoping for some humility because they made promises they weren’t
keeping and sometimes you make an emotional choice because you’re so excited and then you feel like it isn’t right for you. It happens all the time. I wish this program had worked out for us and we were able to move forward but this business design was not something we felt comfortable continuing with. I feel like I would have an easier time getting a refund for a car than this. He didn’t even want to make a compromise, where we pay for the info we did and that’s that. THE INFORMATION ON THIS COURSE IS NOT WORTH TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, YOUR BREATH, AND ESPECIALLY NOT YOUR MONEY. I am completely disgusted with how we were treated and how they talked to us. I hope this post helps others to not become victims to these people.

My experience with Home Service Academy was truly disheartening. Initially lured in by the promising pitch of their sales team, I invested in their full coaching program, expecting comprehensive support. However, the reality was far from what was portrayed during the sales pitch.

The disparity between promises and actual delivery was stark. Despite assurances from a sales representative, who notably told me, "I promise you, I will personally not let you fail" showed minimal engagement with me in our Slack channel when I was facing roadblocks...making it seem like I was just a $$$ amount to them. It felt like my concerns were disregarded, reducing me to just another transaction rather than a client in need.

What compounded the issue was the lack of empathy displayed when I faced financial challenges in marketing the business. As a stay-at-home father, I was met with dismissive remarks instead of understanding when I reached out about my dwindling marketing funds. Requesting a refund, albeit knowing it wasn't obligatory, was met with indifference, leaving me disillusioned and financially strained.

The full-service package fell short of expectations, exacerbating my situation to the extent that my spouse had to take on extra work shifts to maintain stability. The disparity between the promised value of the full coaching program and its actual benefits, mainly centered around video training in the entry level program, was glaringly apparent.  The main benefit of the full program is the 1 on 1 package of coaching...which is mostly a Slack channel with a coach and zoom meeting every other week that are 20-30 minutes long (outside of the initial onboarding call which is an hour long).

Moreover, there was a significant discrepancy in the initial cost estimation versus the actual startup expenses. The apparent costs, especially concerning the process of vetting and onboarding cleaners, were substantial and not adequately disclosed in the sales process. The burden of paying for test cleans and background checks for potential cleaners significantly escalated the financial burden.

The only saving grace was the quality of the training videos, which I found beneficial. However, these are readily available in their more affordable Remote Cleaning Academy, rendering the exorbitant fees for personalized coaching unjustifiable in my view.

One other concerning thing is they will delete posts in their Skool community if it isn’t positive. I posted about the struggle I was experiencing with the group to see if anyone can relate. It got a lot of comments by other participants of the program (no coach came to offer any advice in the thread btw) and was soon deleted thereafter…

If Home Service Academy wishes to enhance its value proposition, I urge them to improve their onboarding and market launch support. This hands-on guidance during initial phases is crucial for success but was sorely lacking in my experience. Furthermore, addressing the disparity in market saturation and the challenges faced in specific regions could significantly benefit clients like myself, who ended up in a market with cleaners that priced substantially lower...and in this business of contractors, margins are only healthy if you charge premium prices.

In conclusion, my advice to those considering their services is to opt for their entry-level Remote Cleaning Academy instead of the costly full coaching program. Redirecting those funds towards actual marketing efforts may yield better results.

After a year, our cleaning business remains profitable and largely hands-off. While we didn't achieve our goals as quickly as we hoped, HSA's guidance provided a solid foundation for growth. Despite managing multiple commitments, including jobs, other businesses, and raising four kids, my wife and I credit HSA for helping us succeed. Our cleaning business consistently generates monthly profits with minimal hands-on effort. With the right attitude and work ethic, anyone can replicate our success.

This program to be absolutely fantastic. It's designed with a clear focus on empowering individuals to kickstart their own businesses and cultivate crucial skills in areas such as sales and marketing. My experience with my coach, Jon, has been incredibly rewarding. Jon has consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and a genuine commitment to my progress. Whenever I've encountered questions or moments of uncertainty, Jon has been right there, offering prompt and invaluable guidance. His responsiveness has played a pivotal role in making this program a standout experience for me. Overall, I can't recommend this program enough, and Jon's support has been an invaluable part of my journey.

I am a big believer in investing in self. As you invest in yourself, you gain to ability to not only earn more income but to surround yourself with other likeminded people who force you to grow. Over my life time I've done this 4 times, I joined in to "I'm not you" with Sobo, "Make Real Estate Real" with Jamal King, "Subto" with Pace Morby and now HSA. I must say, 9 days from the day I joined HSA I sold my 1st clean. This is the fastest I've made money from investing in myself. Don't get me wrong, I'm built different, but still 9 days is all it took. Currently 19 days in I'm at 6 cleans so far and I'm just getting started. Not alot of programs can do that for you, you still have to work hard, but in this program the work that you put in correlates with how quickly you can grow. That being said, for the hard workers out there, this is a fantastic program that will teach you and surround you with a community that will take you from being an average joe to being the owner of a profitable business quickly.

I could not have started my remote cleaning business without Jon and Home Service Academy! The support and knowledge is priceless!

This program is great, it is built to teach people how to start their own business and develop skills like sales and marketing. My coach Angel is very helpful and is very responsive whenever I have questions or feel lost.

I'm glad I can receive accountability every single week from Jon! He displays the perfect combination of kindness and a good sense of work ethic. He is skilled and always reminds me to help myself and my business first, so I can help others. It's been a great experience so far.

Ms. Coleen was great! She was very stern and straight to the point. I love that. She gave me more help than I was expecting. I feel much better about my business going forward!!

Things are given to you in a well written and video manner. The tools are there and there's a community and coach to support you. It seems to be going to pay off in the long run if I keep up the action items needed. GOOD JOB!
