Really bad company ive been with these for nearly 3 years i used them in my old house and they were really good not a problem so I transfered them to my new home and ive had problem after problem I received an email stating if I bought a new Internet box when it went live I would receive a refund as im an existing customer ive had numerous phone calls and emails with them and I'm still waiting after 2 months everytime I call its like my number has been blacklisted as ive had them answer and put the phone down and had it where its on hold hour nearly an hour and had where its says we are busy and can't answer the phone im really considering a different provider as this company is a joke

What a pleasant surprise to have such a concise and helpful response! Having to contact an energy company would normally make your heart sink but a quick email and Sarah replied, answered my question and gave a clear, friendly explanation of how the issue was resolved. Impressed.

Received a letter stating I owe money to this company. I have no idea who they are and they’ve now taken it to bailiffs? Which is who I received the letter from. No previous communication which seems dodgy. I cannot pay so good luck !

I am being contacted by Homeshift thru email and Text messages for paying my 2 year old bills which I had paid 2 years back. Tried calling their customer services many times but always they were unreachable. Finally replied to their aggressive emails them and explained them I have made a payment of my bills still I receive reminders and threats of escalation. It is really frustrating and mental harassment. Is there a way to sue this company?

I contacted Homeshift by e-mail because the internet was not working, but Bernard answered quickly.

Contacted me about an unpaid account. No idea who they are - no details on email. Not going to pay an online portal without knowledge of what it is for.

I had a very good experience with homeshift Internet services.

Terrible Company to deal with, product is hopeless. Staff are UK based and easy to talk to but don’t have the knowledge or training to understand their customers needs.
My case is now with the ombudsman.
Avoid at all costs.
