Easy and reliable process. The bags arrived quickly and the collection service was prompt and efficient.

Delivery of bags was next day. I actually had mine for months without having them picked up, that caused no problems. I called to arrange a pick up and l considered myself very fortunate as they were picking up in my area at the end of the week. I was told the day before what my window for pick up was and the driver arrived within that time even though it was the start of the Easter weekend. The driver was efficient and friendly and told me to expect my certificate of shredding early the following week, which I did. I would definitely recommend the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

This is the second time I have used Homeshred to dispose of documents from a community organisation which sadly closed through a lack of volunteers. The whole process was so simple - the bags arrived the next day, it was easy to book the collection date online and the driver phoned to say that he was on the way. I can highly recommend this service

Friendly, reliable service with excellent communication that provided me with exactly what I was looking for.

No hesitation in recommending HomeShred - they helped me by collecting and shredding a load of paperwork when I wound down a business back in early 2017. John, Clare and more recently, Jemma, have all been super helpful and accommodating when it came to arranging the final collections relating to that business. The last part of the above-mentioned 2017 collection was collected by Stephen just last week. I believe I am now the proud record holder of the longest time taken from ordering the bags to having them collected. On a bit of a roll now so very much hoping to be able to send off another batch after Easter and then, all being well, the archives will follow.

I think it is doing well on all fronts. Easy to talk to someone in the office ( unusual these days to call straight through to a human being and a pleasant one too. )Call received to advise a one hour slot for collection. Driver friendly and helpful. Full marks all round

Firstly, the customer service folks were lovely and so helpful as was the fellow who came to collect all my sensitive documents and old laptops. The follow up was good, too, as I received an email with all the information about the shredding of my documents and so on. Great service - I'm so relieved to have a reliable firm take care of this for me.
