I purchased a bedspread through Debenhams that was fulfilled by this company .Stay away if you don’t want theft to be happening to yourself.The bedspread was delivered at 1.10pm in a grey plastic bag no protective cover have security footage to prove this .On opening was a dirty washed out white so by 1.30 pm I was emailing home space direct to return as was not white as stated on advertising .Statuary rights as a consumer you are legally entitled to return goods if the are not the colour as described if purchased online and not seen in person .I was asked to provide pictures of original packaging as I did and refund details was sent via email to myself . On their receipt they have declined a refund stating there was fur or hair on product which I find amusing as I don’t have animals or hair ! I’m bald . Also that the product was its in original packaging which I also have security camera footage of Royal Mail collecting in the same packaging as it was delivered. I am now two weeks in and still fighting for my refund but this a fight with Debenhams now another company that has no morals or customer care .

Very unhappy with this company, i bought through debenhams a duvet set which included duvet cover and 2 pillowcases.
i bought an additional 2 pillow cases as i have 4 pillows.
the 1st order went missing, the 2nd order arrived and as advised on the packaging all was washed before using. i then discovered the duvet cover was faulty while ironing it. First i tried contacting homespace direct on the email provided on the order doc from debenhams. i got a bounce back twice. i then contacted debenhams explaining the problem and stating i wanted a refund on the set and the additional 2 pillow cases as they were bought to make up the set. although they have said i can have a refund on the set they will not give me a refund on the additional 2 pillowcases bought to make up the set. this has been going backwards and forwards for the last 2 weeks. what do i need 2 random pillowcases for??!! I will never buy from this company or debehams again.

Do not use this company. I bought two duvet sets using Debenhams website. When they eventually arrived I found that they were not the right colour. I emailed the company requesting a full refund. They wanted picture showing that they had not been opened or used. One of the labels was already broken when it was received by me and now they are saying that the duvet has been used and they will not give me a refund and are returning one of the sets back to me. I have tried emailing them back but their email box is full, I wonder why is it because the are receiving a large amount of complaints. I am also now raising this issue with Debenhams and will not rest until this is resolved. Do not order anything from them, they are a sham company

Curtains had imperfections. Emailed to request a refund as not fit for purpose. I was offered a £5 partial refund when I paid over £60 for them! Slow to respond once I had declined the £5

Very poor customer service. I bought a bed set from them and didn’t get it out of the packaging straight away due to getting bedroom decorated and when I got it out 3 buttons were missing to fasten it on. Because it was out of warranty they would not help point blank said nothing can do been too long but it shows how rubbish there products are. Best advice avoid if you don’t want to have to buy again!

Bought Christmas themed penguins duvet cover set and a matching throw for my younger sister and she absolutely loves them as the design is really cute. Been using them for about a year now and still as good as new. Great quality products and friendly customer services. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered two sets of single bedding via Debenhams website and received very poor quality seconds.
Don't waste your money with this company.
They are selling seconds and they are not advertised as seconds.

Ordered some duvets cover sets for the kids beds. Was very pleased with the quality and the speed of delivery. They've got a great range and I'll be ordering a set my my bed soon.

I recently used Homespace Direct for a second time to buy new bedding and they still offer fast delivery on quality products at great prices, with a huge range to choose from.
What more could you want?
