Really they have different things in excellent quality.

Rang the store to order the Cole corner suite. Staff were lovely and very helpful as I wanted the suite a certain way. Delivery drivers were great putting the suite in my 3rd floor flat.

This is the 2nd time iv bought a bed from this shop and both times staff have been very friendly, great prices, and great delivery.

I was after something which would give me a nice smell through out my downstairs as it is all open plan living dinning and kitchen and this is dab can smell it all through the down stairs

Ordered item on 26th July, no item as yet. Collection of the item took longer than advised which is why I've given 3 stars, and i do believe another courier service should have been arranged prior to today (5th day of non collection by UPS) which would have shown great customer service, but that's just what I would have done, and not all business are the same in terms of great customer service.
The delay was apparently due to UPS attempting to collect the item for 5 days outside of business hours!! Despite them knowing it was a business they where collecting from.. so as per UPS showing their absolute uselessness yet again.
Thankfully its finally been picked up from the shop today, thanks to Matty in Sales who tried very hard to get this sorted for me, and thankfully it was as of today, lets hope UPS deliver this item safely & in a good condition! which is my only other worry at this point... we shall see.

Ordered this orchid bed for my grandaughter. She albsolutely loves it, infact cannit even get her out of bed. As i ordered one for my grandson to and he loves his. Great service. Promt delivery. All round great experiance.

We ordered a sideboard from Home Store Living . Part of the furniture arrived damaged. We asked for a replacement of the particular part, the response was a complete rejection of our complaint and an adamant refusal to accept any failings regarding delivery of damaged goods.We have reported them to Trading Standards ( since under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ,we are legally entitled to a replacement, repair or refund )
In the meantime I have damaged and unused furniture sitting in my living room .
I do not recommend this company due to its poor quality assurance standards and complete disdain for customers rights .

Beautiful furniture high quality at really good prices bought a few things from this store and all came at once. Delivery was amazing rang me when they were leaving and put it all in the house and put the beds together for me. Very friendly in store and delivery had good knowledge about the furniture I had ordered

Bought a beautiful marble table and chairs from here. Excellent quality. Excellent service from staff in the shop and delivery team. Kept me informed of delivery time and up to speed with an expected time on day of delivery. Have used this store for sofas and beds before aswell everything has been too quality and never had any issues with the products or staff

Outstanding customer service. Sent me photos of the different fabric options available in the sofa to help me choose. So easy in placing order on line and was given free delivery to Bolton. Would definitely recommend.

AM JUST REPLYING to your reply about Coffee table. Why are you lying that you helped me by offering me 4 couriers? Did you offer me any couriers? Which couriers did you offer me? I asked you if you've any reliable couriers that they can collect then i will pay, you said I should find courier myself? I've all the emails with me don't make me bring the copies here. So why are you lying that you gave me a support which support? Even if it's you how would you feel that you want to return something then you're charged for returning? You charged me £46 coz am returning the table then I have to pay a courier myself which I did and paid £75 for a courier and then to be told you won't receive the table because its over your return period with 4 days why i was looking for reliable courier who has insurance incase of any demage and i was delayed by the courier coz they have to send me invoice, then bank holiday along the way and then the day they were able to collect was the 3rd, if you had offered me a courier do you think the 14 days could have passed? And now for the courier to bring the table back to me I will have to pay another £75? Do you think that's not a rip off? All those good reviews that are there coz they received item and happy with it but if they try to return they will be on my position right now. I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING THAT YOU RETURN SOMETHING AND THEY TAKE OFF 10% ??? COMPANY LIKE YOU NOT TO HAVE RELIABLE COURIERS THAT CAN COLLECT THE ITEM AND CHARGE THE CUSTOMER YOU DON'T HAVE EITHER??? READ ALL THE REVIEWS THEN YOU WILL KNOW.

Order online for home delivery. Service is excellent. Wide choice of what I require. Prices extremely competative. I would highly recommend. I will continue to order from as service is extremely good

Just Amazing!
Just a great experience from start to finish with my sofa table. It all came couple of weeks ago, well packed up on a pallet. This thing is legit! So solidly built. The exact table i had ordered had slight changes to the one that was in stock and the customer service team was very helpful in sending me pictures of the table to show slight differences from the table design i had ordered. I use my table for multi-purpose so having this level of versatility its just amazing.. Highly recommend.

Beautiful items of furniture that are available to view in store. I purchased my dining table and chairs from the store in Byker. Sales through to delivery the staff could not be faulted. Delivery was expected to be about three weeks but was available within a few days. Customer service was excellent with queries and following up with courtesy call to ensure complete satisfaction. Could not be better pleased with the item or the complete service from start to finish
