They sell products with defects and even we called for replacement or repair they never fix it. Their reason is that the use a third party vendor that is busy with many companies, take 3 weeks for a visit to confirm the issue but them or the vendor never call to confirm the issue. Many months since the request to replace the product, many calls and nothing happened.
Bad quality, worst service.
