Dsjhomesupply -Flake company. I paid for double glassed porch doors in November 2025 than they never answer the call, emails, texts for any explanation. I never received the order even after 30 days. Lucky, Paypall provide me the money back.

TOTAL SCAM. They are thieves!

Similar to previous reviews. Ordered a $10,000 stove in July. Was told it would be delivered in late October, yet still no stove. No-one answers the phone or emails. At times someone has answered in live chat saying "you will receive an update via email" which never happens. Received a phonemail from "Jeremey" who stated that "the person who handles orders has disappeared and they are figuring everything out".

COMPLETE SCAM.

My name is Cynthia Sebring and I ordered a 48” white range with this company back in April of this year. My order no. was 733397 and totaling $4,739.05. Since then all I have received from this company has been one excuse after another. I have called their customer service number multiple times but no one picks up and the inbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I have sent emails and no one has ever responded.
The only option I have been able to reach anyone has been through the live chat window, which every single time I have also chatted with a guy named Kevin. Before summer, Kevin kept mentioning that my range was part of the summer collection and that I would receive it in July. July came and went. Then I was told they were receiving a second batch of products soon and that my range would be there. All in vain. Then I was told it would arrive 2nd or 3rd week of August. This came and went. Then someone by the name of Jeremy called and promised that I would have a delivery date and shipping info on email last week Friday (08/23).
I did not receive any emails. So finally today (08/27) I chatted again with Kevin who said they have a system shut down that’s why I did not receive the email and that Jeremy would email me soon with “good info”.
My house renovation was officially finished on 08/11. My house has no stove and all i keep receiving feom Premier Home Supply is a string of one excuse after another. This company is incompetent, please avoid!! You will get scammed!!

Garbage Company

Why would you do business with a company that tells you right on the front page that they have the "right to substitute items in your order with other similar branded products." That means that you have a very high chance of not getting what YOU want, but some BS look-a-like knockoff that THEY have in the warehouse.

Not worth the time; scam outfit

First time I ordered from them, I was told my order was backordered. It was back ordered for 5 months. Tried to get a refund and they just kept telling me to be patient; Covid issues. I finally went to PayPal to get a refund, which I did. Then Homesupply sent me a gift certificate to use for all the problems I had with their company. I thought, okay, that's nice. I tried to use it and they don't have a place to use a gift certificate and I wrote them back and they never responded. I just think they are a scam outfit, better to avoid them.

This company never shipped never refunded!

I ordered five bottles of Windex late April, 2021. Late July 2021 my credit card finally resolved the dispute in my favor. I emailed the company several times without a reply. I asked for my money back. They ignored me. I asked for my product, they ignored me.

Do not shop with this company they do not deliver, do not offer customer service and only your credit card can protect you from their fraud.

Wish I would've checked here first. Ordered something a month ago and they emailed me after my card was charged that there would be a delay. Last thing I ever heard. Sent an email one night and it went to an "after hours" email that said I needed to email during business hours, (okay?) So I emailed the next day and they sent a generic email that it was being looked into and I would hear back in 48 hours. It also said that emailing them again would result in an increased wait time due to starting the process over again. I disputed the charge with my bank today. Don't give these scammers your money.

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered 5 items from this scam company. I paid for all 5 items and only ever received two. I placed the order on 4/23. It is now 6/24 and I am still missing more than half of my items. I have e-mailed the company multiple times since this is the only method of communication I can find. NO RESPONSE. SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT USE

Unable to contact the company and when the finally decided to respond they were of no help and their site doesn’t work properly and does not give the discounts as stated when sales are running. So glad I didn’t complete my order will never order from them. Not a reputable company !!!

I cannot reach this company

I cannot reach this company! I paid for a desk, they charged me right away, but I didn't get a tracking number or email confirmation. Now in process of disputing it, thank goodness i put it on a credit card. Not impressed. If they make this right, I will be glad to update this review, but as of now, I have called 3 times, and got some weird "google phone" is not avaialble message. BUYER BEWARE

Great Service

I am a Harvard University student taking graduate courses and living in Los Angeles and have been a loyal customer of Home Supply since July 2020. Moreover, I have not experienced any complications. Every order has been intact and has arrived on time. There was never a problem getting a call into their warehouse. I will continue to utilize their service and give them high regards. They kept me supplied with Lysol disinfectant spray and antibacterial soft-soap during the onslaught of the pandemic. I am grateful to the company for its excellent delivery service, which was quite better than Amazon.

Poorly Run Business

This company put my order on automatic renewal, even when I requested that it be removed last year. It is extremely hard to communicate with them. They don't answer their phone, and don't respond sufficiently to email.
