We do everything we can to ensure our customers receive the best service possible but once we hand over a package to DPD, we have to rely on them to uphold our extremely high standards. Regrettably this doesn't always happen which we appreciate can be very frustrating.
Our Trustpilot ratings mean a huge amount to a small business like ours so of course, anything less than 5 stars is a real disappointment.
We've looked into using other carriers in the past but on balance DPD still offer the best service available. Unfortunately, this means there really isn’t anything we could have done to have avoided this issue. Sometimes delivery drivers don’t quite get it right. As such, we can only apologise for the inconvenience.
We hope you enjoyed your Calvados nonetheless and hope to welcome you back to hometipple again very soon.
