Excellent customer service I had an issue ( totally my fault ) and it was sorted within the hour. Plenty of help from customer service with fast replies from both phone calls and emails very happy.

Really easy to use.

Really detailed, listed all amenities, clear pictures of holiday home, and surroundings, couldn't of been easier to book my next holiday. Amazing customer service, paying deposit very simple. I would urge even the less tech savvy to use this app, great layout, put in you're details, and it all pops up. Out of all the apps this was the best.👌👌

Charged me over £900 for a £576 holiday

Their website was awful to checkout. Klarna states they are an approved merchant, and I can pay by Klarna at checkout, but finding this took 2 hours. After booking, I discovered they had taken the full holiday payment and one Klarna payment. Also, they are reselling other sites' holidays, and they have nothing to do with the properties being rented out. When I received my invoice from Holiday Cottages, it was over £100 less than I paid. I couldn't get through to Home To Go to sort this out, and my holiday starts tomorrow. So I have paid over £900 for a holiday that cost £576.
