They cancelled the slot and it has been so much time the refund is showing as completed but it has not reflected on my account only. Don't trust this it's a complete scam according to me. Better go with Urban Company I think it gives better services whatsoever.

Worst experience with HomeTriangle…

Worst experience with HomeTriangle fridge repair service. A technician named Syed came to repair my refrigerator and claimed that 3 parts needed replacement. He charged a very high amount saying everything was replaced, but later we found that only 2 parts were actually changed.

Because of this poor and misleading repair, the compressor eventually got burnt, and I ended up spending more than the cost of a new refrigerator. HomeTriangle customer support was also not helpful in resolving the issue.

Extremely disappointing service for fridge repair, refrigerator service, and AC repair through HomeTriangle.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the appalling service provided by HomeTriangle. On March 1st, I booked a cleaning service, but the experience was a disaster. The cleaning was incomplete, rushed, and subpar, with only the floor being cleaned.

What's worse is the complete lack of customer support. Despite multiple attempts to contact the team via phone, email, and messages, I was met with deafening silence. No callbacks, no responses, just empty promises. When I reached out to the founder, Saritha, I was ignored.

The team only sprang into action after I went public on social media, and even then, they're dragging their feet. No refund, no apology, no explanation. It's clear they only care about taking your money, not providing service.

To anyone considering HomeTriangle, DON'T. Their ads are a trap, and their service is a nightmare. I've learned the hard way – don't trust them with your hard-earned money.

HomeTriangle - Don't hire Mahesh

am one of the victims of HomeTriangle’s poor service. I made an online enquiry to get a UPVC/Aluminium utility door realigned. The issue was minor and only required simple realignment, so I decided to hire a professional to fix it.

After submitting the enquiry, a person named Mahesh visited my property, inspected the utility door, and quoted approximately Rs. 2000. He assured me that the issue was simple and would be fixed without any problem.

The following day, he sent another person named Satish Reddy. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that he did not know what he was doing. Instead of realigning the door, he dismantled it and started making completely new holes in the door frame without any proper reason. After watching him struggle for about an hour, it was evident from his actions and body language that he had no real experience in fixing such doors. To prevent further damage to the door and frame, I asked him to stop the work and leave.

Later, Mahesh said he would personally come with a carpenter to fix the issue. However, even they failed to repair the door and left it in the same dismantled condition. Mahesh then mentioned that he would arrange someone else in the evening to fix it, but by that time I had completely lost confidence in him, his workmanship, and the service provided.

My sincere advice to others is to be cautious before hiring people like Mahesh, who appear to have little knowledge of the work they take on. Please make sure you properly research before assigning any repair work.

I definitely would not recommend HomeTriangle, especially the person named Mahesh, who in my experience was unskilled, unprofessional, and unreliable. In the end, I had to hire another tradesman entirely to reinstall the utility door properly.

It is disappointing that HomeTriangle charges premium prices while delivering such poor-quality service.

I had a very bad experience with HomeTriangle geyser service. I booked a geyser repair through their app/website, but the service turned out to be a complete scam.
The technician charged an excessive amount n he ran away not came back, claimed false issues, and the geyser problem was not resolved. After payment, neither the technician nor HomeTriangle customer support responded properly. Manager Santhosh was supporting to their people and rudely said amount will not refund, Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no refund and no resolution.
This feels like cheating customers by sending unverified technicians and not taking responsibility afterward. I strongly do not recommend HomeTriangle for geyser or any home services.
Please be careful and avoid this company.

Sir please

Sir, I am a gas stove technician. This company has kept a loan of Rs 14700 from me and when I ask for it back, they say that if you stand on it, you can leave it behind. They cheat other people. Sir is threatening me and I want to file a case against this company and if they do not return my money then I will not work in this company and also with these people.

SCAM ALERT – HomeTriangle Is a Fraud! Ineffective Service, Rude Staff & No Accountability
I’m writing this to warn everyone – do NOT trust HomeTriangle, especially for bedbug treatment. Their service is an absolute scam.
I paid for a full treatment, and not only did it fail completely, but now the bedbug infestation is even worse. It’s like they came, sprayed some water, took the money, and left. No improvement – just wasted time, wasted money, and zero results.
When I reached out, I had to speak with Kavya, one of their executives, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. She literally told me to “go ahead and write a review” – as if HomeTriangle couldn’t care less about its customers. And from what I’ve seen in dozens of other reviews, they really don’t.
Their response to complaints is always the same fake line: “Please email us.” And guess what? Even if you do, they do nothing. It’s just a PR stunt to look like they care — they don’t. I’ve tried following up, and it’s radio silence.
I was given a 3-month warranty, but now they are refusing to redo the service, even though the treatment failed completely. Their technician told me to wait a month for it to start working and to avoid sleeping in the room. Seriously? That’s the kind of solution you're offering after charging full price?
If HomeTriangle does not issue me a full refund immediately, I will be filing an official complaint with the Consumer Court. This is fraudulent behavior, plain and simple. You cannot take people’s money, do nothing, ignore warranty commitments, and expect to get away with it.
HomeTriangle is a disgraceful, dishonest company. If you value your peace of mind and your money — stay away from them.

Very bad service offered and damaged my kitchen appliances and furniture.Kitchrn was not cleaned at all except for the floor. Immediately after the service I took pictures and sent an email to raise issue but there is no response. Hometriangle is looting customers. They don’t have proper review sites as well. You will never get any response from them even though you follow up.

Worst ever experience . Opted for plumbing ,plumber came and just opened one balb and started demanding 1000 rs ,page shows charges 249 rs . Then that plumber started shouting in entire apartment . Called customer care than customer care also started telling give him 400 .
