I don’t even know where to start! What amazing customer care from start to finish - so kind and helpful and no questions are too much.
Our order arrived today and I can’t express how beautiful it is! We ordered the Peony set and it is exactly how it looked on the site - if not better!

Disappointing
Colours were very different from those shown. Delivery took over two weeks. Seems to have just been bought from chinese ebay. Disappointing

We are doing our best to show the colours as close as possible but it might be a slight variation in colour due to differences in computer monitors (it does mentioned in description of each product). The delivery times were shown before you made a purchase and the package was delivered on time without any delays.

Would recommend them
Would recommend them, ordered some lovely baby bows they didn't come as they were suppose to do but they were very helpful in rectifying. Once right I loved them they look great!

Great customer service, average quality of items.
Average/bad quality items received, images were misleading on 2 items. Customer service was perfect and arranged refund with no issues and very quick replies. Would recommend that more stock images to be taken of stock so they are a true representation of the items. Thank you
