I bought a bunch of coloured contacts recently. Came on the expected date and were as described - one was slightly more discrete than I had imagined but I have quite light-coloured eyes and the model had brown so I'm not too bothered by this.

They're in difficult to open packages, but they last a long time and - for the natural colours - people don't often notice they're not real!

I've been ordering from them for years now, and just ordered a new batch today. I've also recommend them to friends. Great quality, service, and price. Website is easy to navigate and not overwhelming to use.

Hello, I do not advise you to put honeycolor lenses why? because they are not transparent! without the lenses I read the newspaper well and with them I see slightly blurry and therefore impossible to read the newspaper! the lenses are simply not transparent and can harm your eyesight in the long term!!! so be careful there is danger for your eyes!

They won't properly process my refund. Waiting 10+ business days for a 26USD refund. They told me to contact my bank and won't look into it. I now have to go through my bank's fraud protection service to get a refund. Terrible and fraudelant

I initially liked their contacts (Neo Dali extra brown Toric) but they eventually became extremely uncomfortable. When I wrote my review I noticed they never published it. I tried again, still no sign of it. Seems like they only publish the good reviews which gives me a bad impression because they’re covering up peoples bad experiences.

Bought contacts as a present for my friend, and we both loved them. Super vibrant and exactly as advertised! Shipping was fairly quick, and customs wasn't expensive. Planning to order again.

Ordered and received, plain and simple. The lenses are comfortable. Shipping was pretty fast. As I know they ship from Malaysia/Singapore, my order arrived in 4 days and I live in the US

They tried to replace an out-of-stock item I bought with a completely different item without my permission. This was to "ensure that I keep the free lens". That doesn't make sense. Why would a free item take preference over an item I bought other than to generate a profit. No logic. Terrible experience, and I received so much attitude from them too.

i ordered from here twice. the first time I had no problem whatsoever, my contacts came earlier than expected and they were great, very good quality and also affordable price! I got the revocolour romantic sheer brown with prescription, which are yearly. the second time I ordered from there, I never received my item which was extremely disappointing since the first time I had no problem. at least they reply to emails very quickly?

First purchase with Honeywear and prolly will not be my last. The site has a broad list of products which cannot be found on other sites or even the manufacturer's site in my country.

I ordered on 1 Dec and it was shipped on 3 Dec with DHL tracking code that worked. Took 7 days to arrive (EU), which is the average time it takes when I order stuff from the Far East.

The package was done properly and the product came with a little contact case, a Honeywear instruction card on how to take care of your lens, and a discount for the next purchase.

Ordered twice from HoneyColor.com so far and my orders have been fulfilled and received both times. Can't complain. I will be returning as a customer again.

Ordered contacts on a Saturday with expedited delivery for a party on Friday. They said it would be 3-4 business days. On Tuesday, they tell me something is out of stock so I immediately reply to replace it. On Wednesday, they tell me they are cancelling the order because it won't make it there by Friday anymore. So, now I have nothing for Friday and it is too late to do anything about it.

I've been ordering from Honeycolor for years because they carried Revocon lenses and they were my favorite. They don't carry those anymore, but I have never had an issue with HoneyColor. Customer support responds quickly to me when I had a problem and also informed me a product was out of stock and were able to switch it out with one of a similar price promptly.

Really pretty designs arrive just as pictured. They even came with cute cases. My only complaint is the items took a bit longer to arrive than anticipated. Will be using them again!

ordered coloured contacts and compared to other companies their prices are reasonable. I did wait a while for delivery but it arrived within th estimated time frame so I can't complain.
I ordered one pair of contacts and I got a second pair free, each of which came with a free contact case which is so handy. Highly recommend.

About a month ago, I placed an online order.A couple days later I received an email from CS rep "Amy" saying they were out of one of the items I ordered.

After a couple of exchanges, I requested the entire order to be cancelled. "Amy" came back saying sorry... we've already shipped the order and I can just refuse the package. Three weeks later, the package arrived and was not able refuse the package since I wasn't home to receive it.

I wrote "Amy" back asking what I need to do thinking they would send me a return label, instead they told me to return the package on my expense to MALAYSIA! How is this situation my mistake? How does a company charge the entire amount of the order and ship it out without the entire order being filled?! No further response from the company!

I've had good experience with Honeycolor in the past but this time has been TERRIBLE. I have emailed 3 times regarding an express order i made almost 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive on October 16th and did not. I understand problems with shipping can happen that are out of their control, but they won't even email me back! AWFUL customer service. If they won't respond to my emails and refund me, I will seek a refund through my bank's system for businesses that scam you like this one scammed me. Disgusted. I've been a customer for years.

Just don't order from them. Terrible customer service and I never even received the item. They refuse to refund me. Scam!

Really great lenses at affordable prices and OMG the shipping is SO fast. Mine arrived in 3 days (I'm in Australia). Damn son, it wasn't even expensive shipping either?? The monthly lenses are super comfy and my fav band is VISKONs.
I had an issue where one lens just wouldn't sit right and contacted their support team. They offered to rectify it immediately! which is very rare as most of the time contact lense stores refuse to admit they shipped a faulty product.

Anyways. Super happy with their service and products. Would definitely buy again :)
