Spotty claims experience thus far. They hand off their adjusting to a third party that has crappy customer service. You're just a number in a bucket. Their 3rd party adjuster emailed me that the "report" was in fact in only to call me a day later to tell us that oops, it's actually not in. Once they get it in the review is in order of receipt. So basically the late adjuster report means there is even later delay in them getting the report back to the insurer. I guess this is why insurance companies take their claims process in house vs hiring a 3rd party.
