I’m currently in my second month with Honeydew and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. They’ve answered all my questions and made the entire process simple and stress-free. Overall, I’m very pleased and excited to continue my journey with them.

This was so much easier than getting an in person appointment with a dermatologist in my area which would have taken 6 months. Obviously there are issues you should see a provider for in person (skin cancer, etc); however for a main concern of acne, this model has worked really well for me. I was able to book an initial video visit and be seen within a week. I requested to try a specific med and the provider was really receptive. I also love that they asked about my current skincare routine and gave me specific feedback. I also asked for a rec on skin tints for acne prone skin and they pointed me in a good direction. Now I update my provider with photos and can ask questions through a care coordinator should anything pressing come up. They are super responsive— I always get a response within an hour of my message. The subscription is a little pricey but worth it for the convenience payoff imo.

I felt like my provider listened to my concerns with my skin, understood that I wanted to try topicals before moving to oral medications. I’m now 3 months into my journey with tretinoin and my skin looks amazing! Highly recommend, they were incredibly helpful and getting my medications through their partner pharmacy was easy and fast!

I highly recommend honeydew! I have struggled with acne for most of my life, and have had great success getting treatment through honeydew. My care team is attentive and helpful, and they are quick to answer any of my questions. It’s been a very comprehensive experience and I would do it again!

I’m early in my low dose accutane journey but so far so good. My care coordinator, Elizabeth V. has been extremely helpful! She responds to my messages within hours. I love being able to communicate as much as I need. I began to purge and my derm/coordinator were quick to assess and offer a medication to help. I’ve also been able to get 50% of my membership by sharing my accutane experience online! Overall, I pay about 65$ a month for my meds/membership total and I have no complaints!!! Hoping my acne subsides soon. Overall, I would recommend this company!

Honeydew is an amazing company! They are very responsive to all messages. They are also very knowledgeable. They have helped so much in my son’s acne treatment. He is more confident now, all thanks to honeydew.

This team is probably the best I’ve ever experienced, customer service is available everyday to answer questions and provide support. They work with you to come up with a plan for the best experience. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful care team, and the results are crazy. I’m only two months in and I am getting compliments on how well my skin is clearing.

Really really great experience! For the past 6 months or so I've been working with Jessica Cheng and Tayler M. They helped me find a dose that works for me. Tayler was super responsive, helping me deal with all sorts of pharmacy issues. Strongly recommend! Super easy.

When looking for which provider to go to I chose honeydew for its help - and they really do get to you so fast. another thing is the provider- i was really nervous to go too high in dose and they heard me and we settled on the best treatment plan. the steps to getting the medication has been so easy and satisfying i would recommend it to my family

The Honeydew platform itself is easy to use, reasonably priced, and scheduling appointments is quick and simple. I’ve been treated by dermatologists most of my life, and this is honestly the best experience I’ve had.
