I had a great experience starting Accutane through Honeydew. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and Chris made everything so easy to navigate. Even though my schedule was a bit complicated and I was getting ready to leave for vacation, he went out of his way to help coordinate everything and make sure I could stay on track with treatment.

I also appreciated how simple it was to work directly without needing to go through a care coordinator every step of the way. The communication was clear, efficient, and very accommodating. Highly recommend Honeydew to anyone looking for a streamlined and supportive experience starting Accutane!

This is my second time going on accutane, I am in my third month of treatment. Everything has been pretty smooth so far. Honeydew is slightly more expensive than going to see a dermatologist through insurance, however the efficiency is worth it (no waiting months for a doctor's appointment)! My only wish is that they required accutane labs every month, as I'm a bit paranoid about my lipid levels and like to keep an eye on them. However, they would most likely be willing to accommodate this wish. The care team individuals are very nice, and it gets the job done. No significant complaints!

No lie I wish I did this a long time ago! It has been about an 8/10 ease of access (moreso the iPledge stuff) they are legit 10/10 responsive and the effects on my skin are 10/10! I’m 3 months in and feel like I’m on my way to acne free skin for life. Truly life changing from having huge cystic bumps and painful sores year around. Would 100% recommend. A doctor’s office couldn’t even compete. Mad satisfied b, mad satisfied indeed; on my momma nem 💯!!

I've been with honeydew for a few months and they've been great. My care team has always been super responsive and it's so nice to get prescriptions without having to deal with in person appointments.

The website is easy to use and the staff keep you informed of the process along the way. The shipping and price of the meds were fast and inexpensive. I wish I had tried this company sooner.

Process was easy, loved how care coordinator was sweet, always accessible and helpful throughout the process. I would have liked the provider to be more personalized. However, I must say accutane has been great in keeping my acne away- completed month 5 and going into month 6.

This service is a great option for people who don’t want to go to a dermatologist in person but still want satisfactory treatment. Communication was very easy with fast replies and support. Monthly follow ups allowed progress and evaluations on how I felt with my treatment so far. I recommend Honeydew for people who want quick constant skin support without having to get treated in person. (Also, you are not required to purchase the general products that may be recommended for everyone unless you want to.)

Best decision i’ve ever made in my adult life. Always super helpful and they go out of their way to keep you informed and get you through the treatment. 11/10 recommend this to anyone reading.

My team has made navigating this process so easy! I’ve gotten reminders every time there is a task to do, along with clear dates and instructions on how to submit things like the IPLEDGE stuff. They’ve also been very responsive. On the dashboard it says 1-2 business days for a reply but sometimes I’ve even gotten answers the same day!

Great team that cares about you and truly wants the best for you! I feel so much more confident now that my skin is getting better and it wouldn’t be without them!!

Easy!! Chat is great. Doctor is great. No need to sit in an office for hours just to be seen. Medicine gets sent right to the house. So easy! So convenient! Highly recommend!

Honeydew has made healthcare simple, easy, and effective. I started acutane through them almost a month ago and it has truly been life changing i feel so much more confident in my skin and myself. I finally feel comfortable to leave the house with no makeup and still feel beautiful!

I have struggled with hormonal acne since I turned 30 yo, I swear I was going through a second puberty! I saw a lot of great reviews for Honeydew Dermotology and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The process has been extremely easy and my provider and care team are great about communication and listening to my needs. Ive been working with Honeydew for a month and have already seen a significant difference in my hormonal acne. 12/10 would highly recommend.

Wow, the people at HoneyDew really made me feel like they actually care about me. Like I’m not just a number. They answer every single question, when I have questions, in a timely manner. No sketchiness with billing and payments. I am really impressed by this company and am so glad I found them. He had bad plaque psoriasis for a while now. It kept getting bigger and in more areas. I was told there was no cure for it so I just went about my days trying to keep it moisturized. Eventually looks up medication for it and HoneyDew had good reviews and feedback. I went with them, and all my psoriasis is now gone!!! I don’t have to always wear long sleeves, or feel weird when I get a pedicure lol. They actually made my life better. And for that I am soooo thankful for them, because I have to be on camera allot. I highly recommend HoneyDew ☺️
