Where are my two lipsticks I ordered. It’s been 2weeks.

This company is a scam and false advertising. The lipstick is much darker than in the ads, to the point I can not wear it. Since I bought a pack of 4, I wanted to return the other 3 that were unopened for a refund as they claim a refund is guaranteed. Yeah right, I have been going back and forth with them for over a month. They keep apologizing and say they are looking into it, but never do! The product is sub par, colour nothing like what it looks like in the ads, and good luck getting a refund. Overpriced garbage from a scam company.

So for over a month I’ve been back and forth with customer service (if you can call them that) over the wrong shade. At first I got the promise that they would send the shade that I wanted. But since then, for an ENTIRE MONTH, all I’ve gotten is “I’m sincerely sorry, we will escalate this immediately.” And then I get a friggen discount code for my next order.
Do not buy from this company. The disappointment is epic.

I was very excited. On the website it's says it's not from China.... On the packaging it clearly says made in China.
And the list of ingredients are bogus... They market claiming really great ingredients...on the packing non of them are listed ... Though petroleum is!
I have a feeling I won't be getting my money back. So frustrating lol

I ordered in September 2025. As of April 9, 2026 I have not received the shipment. I have emailed them every month reporting that my order was never received. They have never offered to reship the item. Finally I've been emailing them the last few months requesting a refund - also which I have never received. With every email I send they immediately reply (the reason I gave them 1 star - probably an automated response), apologizing profusely saying they are working on rectifying the problem and want to make it right. They are scammers. Do not order from this company. It has been 8 months since placing my order. I have not received the product nor the refund.

I purchased 2 lipsticks. After a lengthy delay they arrived but were the incorrect shade that I had ordered.
I sent emails with photographic evidence on a daily basis. All I have received after three weeks are bot responses that promise action but to date nothing has been done. The lipsticks that I received were very small and of poor quality. I would not recommend this dubious provider, Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Honeynoir is a total scam. They sent me the wrong products, product ingredients are toxic, and I have reached out 10 times for refund info and receive 'fake' responses each time.

One star is a gift. I placed my order for the "two for one" lipstick deal on 2/26/26 and still had not received by early March. E mailed the store and got an immediate response generated by AI. Sent several more, always to be told my case was going to the top of the pile and that the management team would get back to me soon. Finally asked for a refund. More BS responses. Finally received two lipsticks that were another brand that can be purchased on amazon for $6. Complained to be followed by more AI responses that someone would get back to me very soon. Finally challenged the charge with my bank. This is a total scam. Do NOT order from HoneyNoir!

What everyone is saying about this company is true...total SCAM! I ordered my items the first week of February. The money was taken out right away, but just like everyone else, I never received the products. Also like everyone else, I have received several scam emails with a fake tracking number saying they "understand my frustration" but that was all I received...more bogus, automatic, fake replies. I went on their fake facebook page, and wrote this review in the comments, and I have now been blocked from their site!!!!! Please do not order from them, they are a scam company, and the likelihood of you receiving a bunch of fake emails is 100%. They can block me from their Facebook page, but I have been writing about the truth on all the review pages I can find. Don't buy from them!

They lie on their website claiming they have warehouses all over the USA and the product will be received in 3-7 business days. However, the product tracking clearly shows it is coming from CHINA and does not arrive within the stated timeframe. The company claims they have NO IDEA why there is a discrepancy with the shipping. I would not trust this company or its product. Such total BS and LIES.

I never received my order. Their customer service is horrible. Do not support this company.

Total scam!!!! Never received my order. Every time I wrote to them , they kept saying a refund is coming. It’s been 3 months still no refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

Ordered on February 23 and today is March 13. Still received nothing. Not even a tracking number.
Do not recommend. They seem shady. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Ugh.

They are re-selling the exact same product (exact same brand, which when it arrives, is not branded "Honeynoir" but branded "Eelhoe") and you can find it on Temu for $2.80 each. Complete rip-off.

Poor quality products - lipsticks received are very different to the photos and videos which have been used for advertising.
Their website states that their products are made in the USA, when in fact they are made in China.
The colour is much darker than advertised and wears off within minutes.
The product is so cheaply made that the cap doesn't even stay on.

Customer service is non-existent, trying to get a refund seems impossible.

I love the product but the last order I made only half of it arrived and every time I send an email I get the same answer we are looking into it and nothing happens, it is very frustrating and I will never order again or tell my friends about this product

Could I possibly do -100. This is such a scam. I ordered Oct 1, 2025 and here it is Feb 2026. Over 15 emails. And while they did respond to my emails, they are ALWAYS looking into it. I called them scammers and said I hope their dishonesty got their family fed, but I would continue letting anyone and everyone know how dishonest they are. One email ever assured me this isnt the way they do business and they would work on getting me my refund. Guess what.....I never got my refund. Now, I hope you reap what you sow. And I hope that all these bad reviews put you out of business. CROOKS!!!!!

Scam company! Product received was fake with different logo and toxic ingredients.
Customer service is non existent. That’s fake too. I have emails spanning more than a month promising refund. Finally gave up communication with them.
