I’ve been using Hoolest products for quite a while now, and they’ve become essential for my nervous system regulation. I use the VeRelief Prime regularly, and I’ve had a pre-production version of the Hoolest Pro for a long time.

Even though my original Pro unit is still going strong, I’ve been so impressed with the results that I decided to go ahead and buy the retail version as an upgrade. When you’re willing to pay for a retail unit despite already having a working beta, you know the product is legit.

Beyond the tech, the Hoolest team is great to deal with. Their communication is fantastic, and they really worked with me to make sure the products fit my specific needs. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for effective tools to help shift out of stress and into recovery, I can’t recommend them enough.

Hoolest has provided a great product for those who suffer from various nervous stressors, for which I am thankful. But not only that, they have also built a company to care. Every time I have reached out for whatever reason, their kindness has matched the very product they intend to sale. Great purchase, great follow up.

I’ll be honest — when I first heard about vagal nerve stimulation, I was a bit skeptical but decided to do my fair share of research. at this point, as fulltime father, healthcare worker and partime first responder, stress and poor sleep had become part of my routine. For years, I’d wake up feeling like one of those electrocuted Halloween cat decorations — hair standing straight up and every nerve on edge. I work as a therapist and often find myself physically and mentally overstimulated and drained from my day. This product is a great tool for resetting in between clients, and also helps work to regulate some long-term stress loads that have built up in my system. I notice myself feeling more energized, relaxed, and clear. I have recommended this product to colleagues and friends.

Do NOT trust this outfit. Not as “put together” as a they should be. Customers CAN NOT order or halt the dreaded subscription without demanding it via email yet they advertise “easily manage” with a link that just displays previous orders. Feels way too much like a rinkydink scam.

This tells me they are running at 60 MPH in a school zone. It’s terribly overpriced “technology” with a subscription scam attached to it. You can get the pads/nubs anywhere, you do not have to get it from them.

I recently purchased both the VeRelief Prime and the MiniMax PEMF, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with each for different reasons. The VeRelief Prime stands out for its portability and convenience—it’s easy to use anytime, anywhere, which makes it a great everyday on the go wellness tool.

The MiniMax PEMF, while definitely an investment, has been a true game changer for me—especially when it comes to sleep. I have to say I had a terrible experience with a popular competitor. Waiting months for the product way past the date expected and when received it didn't work. Took a while to get a response and resolution. Hoolest blows this company out of the water with the quick customer service. Thank you!

Break free of anxiety. I purchased this for myself. I recently was recruited for an executive position and knew that the pressure would be high. I used the Hoolest before meetings to relieve anxiety. It works much better than I hoped. I bring it everywhere. Highly recommend.

Outstanding, very durable product that does all it claims... and more! Well on it's way to being a life-changer for me! 21 year history of disabling levels of ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Myofascial pain & severe sleep disorders. Reporting on my experience of 1st 7 days of use, using 6x a day, 5 minutes on each side. Average of 2 points reduction on pain scale within 10 mins of use, almost every time. If my pain is 7/10, using device for 10 mins max total will take me down to a five. Approximately 15% improvement in cellular fatige, and activities of daily life such as standing for extended periods, walking, showering have been getting progressively more accessible for me, which is near remarkable. Nothing in 21 years of trying all and sundry for my condition has improved my energy levels this much. Also have lost 2 lbs during last 6 days, which I attribute to reduction in cortisol/inflammation. Build quality is exceptional, and I can attest that device is very durable. Also very comforted that this is plug and play device only, very simple two button functionality, and unlike competitors is NOT bluetooth enabled via app. That in itself alleviates a huge number of potential problems, and makes use of device accessible for all, not just bio-hackers and tech bros. I am amazed at the progress I've made with nervous system regulation with daily use of the Hoolest device. I am sleeping better, my digestion is better and I have a more constant state of calm inside. If stressors do arise, I feel more resilient to handle them.

Communication and customer service

I purchased the PEMF MiniMax. I'm still learning about it, and so excited for the health benefits of regular use. Customer service at Hoolest is top notch and I appreciate the quality of the products I've purchased. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Verelief Pro user. Bought the device May 2024. Before Christmas 2025 I noticed the device wasn’t holding a charge so I opened a support ticket. Last week of December 2025 the device stopped working. Cancelled my gel tip replacement subscription and wrote in the comment section my device had failed. No response to support ticket or the comment I left. Would not recommend the device that lasted only 18 months

I had a very positive experience with the company's customer service reps. They really went above and beyond to help.

Good idea, but that is about it! Don't waste your money. I think I have the first generation. I spent $200 and have literally gotten probably 30 uses out of it, either the electrodes are dried out or the battery is dead. I charge it for 12 hrs and it lasts 1 minute, so I can not bring it to work with me, which was the plan.

This is not a legitimate company. Their office address is a house in Arizona, and they operate out of a garage, as indicated in their annual report filed this year. Last year, they were sued for patent infringement.

I ordered this device over 45 days ago. Initially, the shipping was scheduled for mid-May, then it was delayed to the end of May, and now it's mid-June—if lucky!

When I got tired of the delays and lies, I mentioned that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The company, evidently sensitive to criticism, took this as a threat.

After making me wait 45+ days—during which time I could have obtained and used a Truvaga device—they canceled my order.

Today, their website is still misleading customers. If you place an order now, they will still lead you to believe it will ship by the end of this month.

A key word in their advertising about shipping is the word "start." They hide behind this term because they start shipping earlier orders first, and by the time they get to yours, it could be weeks or months later. They claim this means they did not lie about the shipping date.

It's clear they are taking preorders to fund previous orders—a pyramid scheme!

P.S. I have been suffering from Long COVID for over a year. Vagus nerve stimulation is the only thing that gives me relief. My doctor recommended this device. Despite being aware of my condition, the company still chose to cancel my order because I mentioned filing a BBB complaint.

They clearly do not care about their customers. 😡

The only "Demand" I had was ship my unit by the end of the month as promised via email weeks ago or I would be filing complaints.

I have the emails and will be filling a lawsuit. No profanity was ever used. Just me telling them I would be leaving BBB and States Attorney complaints which I have done.

After back and forth over the lies. I was told they would send me out there OLD mini model as a loaner. Then I was told no we won't be sending it and upper management suggest you cancel. Not until I told them I have long COVID and had been suffering and Vagus nerve stimulation gave me relief and they thought they might get a testimonial out of me did they send their cheap mini to me. The electrodes barely last three days before drying out and shrinking!. Pure junk!!

I was lied to over and over in emails about shipping. It changed from one email to another. 45+ days and still no actual shipping date for my device. People on FB state in comments it had been MONTHS and they still have not received their unit.

NEVER HAVE I USED ANY PROFANITY... ALTHOUGH I FELT LIKE IT MANY TIMES.

IT WAS CLEAR WHEN THEY INITIALLY CHANGED THEIR MIND ABOUT THE LOANER, I HURT THE WOKE OWNERS FEELING WHEN I ASKED IF THE COMPANY WAS RUN OUT OF A GARAGE..

IRONICALLY AFTER LOOKING AT THE COMPANIES ANNUAL REPORT IT ACTUALLY IS. LISTED ADDRESS FOR THE COMPANY IS A HOUSE.

As you can see from their response if they do you wrong and you tell them you are so unhappy you will file BBB complaints.. Gone are the days where the company would try to do right by the customer and here are the days where companies are run by liberal woke snowflakes that get their feelings hurt by talks of complaints being filed against them and they have to take mental health days. 🫣

They say they started in a Garage, that's cool. But they fail to mention they are like 6 years old as a company and still have a Garage listed as their place of business on this past years annual report.

Quick review of the mini they sent me after many back and forth emails. It is pure JUNK! The gel tips dry out and shrink every three days. They do not last even close to a week like they claim. The only way I could see that happening is if you take them out "annoying" every day and put them back in the jar with solution. I imagen the new Prime is the same. Also you have to hold this on your neck 5 minutes minimum each side to get results. This is beyond insane. Its like going to the gym holding that thing there. Insanely uncomfortable and tiring.

So looks like I actually dodged a bullet by they canceling my order.
