Hoopa Opiniones 

Først kunne vi ikke booke - trods at vi er stamkunder og har booket mange gange. Til sidst var der en ansat, der bookede for os og vi betalte i januar . Men den er ikke under min side og da jeg påtalte det, sendte de bare en ordrebekræftelse og jeg kan stadig ikke komme ind og se den på min side. Der står, at der ingen bookninger er.
Og så har de skrevet forkert flyselskab på - et US navn, men vi kommer fra Danmark. Det drejer sig om en familieferie for 11 , så ekstra surt. Man vil jo gerne, at alt klapper!! Har mailet mange mange gange, men de vil ikke svare
Det har ellers altid fungeret SÅ fint med den.

We experienced good reliable service in Corfu. We were picked up from airport on time. The vehicle was a little basic with no air con so this wasn’t the greatest but I presume this was decided by the company they gave contract to. The driver was very pleasant. On return we were picked up on time in a lovely air conditioned vehicle & driven to airport as promised. The driver again was very obliging. We were happy with the communication & price. Will use again

Again driver did not turn up to pick us up for our paid private transfers you filed to complete the service that we paid for contact number given and there is a technical fault and not accepting incoming calls same as what happened when we arrived here, absolutely horrendous. Would like a full refund, please.

In Malta Driver 30 minutes late after paying for executive travel then being very rude and no help with cases and walked away ahead so much so we struggled to keep up. Eventually I was getting angry and he shouted he was not taking us. This was all witnessed by two young men who offered help along with two local women who organised another taxi. Hoppa not interested and not contactable when away and no help on return. Do not use Hoppa or sun transfers. Will not reply to emails.

My booking was made from and to my hotel door, as advertised on hoppa's website. However we weren't left in front of the hotel, but in a place with stairs, which was definitely not what we had booked. We were not informed of the different location until we were dropped off.

I was travelling with a baby 1Y and a toddler 3Y, and I was not able to go down the stairs with the stroller and the suitcases. Also, we were travelling with elderly people with difficulties walking/going down/up the stairs. When we arrived at this place we asked the driver to leave us closer, however he denied us that. And was quite rude.

As soon as we realized that the pick up wouldn't be possible in front of the hotel we contacted Hoppa to cancel it. However hoppa didn't accept the cancelation and didn't refund us.

We were deceived by Hopa regarding the drop off/pick up place.

Product is not good. Does not satisfy requirements of pregnant woman. Customer experience is worst. They do not take return of the product. Its a waste of money.

Still not received full refund from hoopa.com still waiting for 50 EUR ,this cost me private taxi after hoopa.com cancel my transport without informing me.. as well on email I say I will want see recompensation from hoops.com doing all this mess for me .. poor contact with this company!! They don't answering for email and if they do week after..so I still will be informed futer customer about keep faraway from this company !!!!
