Excellent in-store services. But I still prefer being allowed to go around the store to see what I want not a salesperson standing close all the time.

Purchased sectional sofas from Hoot. I went in there 4 different times before finally selecting what I wanted. Each time they were courteous and did not make me feel rushed. They helped me figure out the correct configuration for my living space and made helpful suggestions along the way (pillow color is not my thing). They clearly explained their invoice and return policy. For delivery, they worked with me for a date that was convenient. Overall a great experience.

Needed to replace a dresser, but wanted quality furniture & the only place to go was Hoot Judkins. The craftsmanship was great and know it’ll last forever. They delivered it on a Saturday and even took away the old broken dresser.

My experience with Hoot Judkins Furniture was AWESOME! My local gift shop only had 2 of the small hanging bird planters. Hoping there was a third bird available I Google searched and found them at Hoot Judkins Furniture. When I called they were very accommodating and allowed me to purchase the third bird only. Not only was delivery prompt but the ceramic bird was VERY well packaged to avoid any breakage. Thank you Hoot Judkins Furniture!!!

This has to be the 5-6th piece of furniture we've bought and the staff made the experience easy, fast and delightful. We used the pay half at first then pay the other half at delivery and that also worked seamlessly.
I am coming back when I need another piece for the house. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for well built furniture.

Beautiful furniture. Well made of wood, not pasteboard. I can wander around and take my time in their massive showroom. I always find what I need and can then choose the wood and finish that fits in my home. Huge selection of fabrics and leather. Delivery is on time and the men are efficient and courteous. Prices are competitive and they frequently have sales. I have looked at other places, but now I look at their website and then go to the store in Redwood City.
