Very helpful with in every way, nice people to deal with ,..i am very happy with the service ,thanks so much ,..well done everybody, ..will buy from Horacio bikes next time ...P S...Transport wasn't kind they must had dropped the carton and smashed the back fender so i could not turn the back wheel i have taken the unit above the fender off, can't use it.The bike is excellent, thank you , a very happy customer. I recently brought the Elita Step…
I recently brought the Elita Step Through and couldn’t be happy. The bike shipped and arrived within days of me placing my order. My communication with staff via email was amazing, within moments I received replies. And being able to track the shipping details really helped so I could make sure I was home when it arrived. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Horaciobikes.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience.
Happy with the bike and price I got for it.
Only annoying thing was poor availability for the pick up.
I had to wait nearly a week and pick it up in a tiny timw slot in a Saturday.

Thank you so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you’re happy with your bike and the value you received. We’re sorry the previous limited pick-up times caused some inconvenience. The good news is that our Hillcrest store is now open longer on Mondays and Tuesdays (from 9:30am to 5 pm), so future collections will be much easier to arrange.
