The bottle of oil of oragano this arrived yesterday syarrived with out a dropper top.
I contacted them.
They asked me for the details of the batch number product number lot number and expiry date.
Then then refused to send
dropper top to me.

I like their products, but their customer service is so poor. I updated my shipping address in the website and confirmed my order, but the order receipt still showed my old shipping address. Emailed within 1 minute of confirming my order that the shipping address was wrong, but was told it was too late? Couldn’t refund, cancel or change anything about the order. Zero customer service, and undoubtedly, I will not be receiving my supplements.

I've seen some of their products sold on other supplements company's websites but had never dealt with them personally until now. Their products aren't what I feel are pure they have additives that I didn't realize until I had bought them from the other company's. Anyway I needed empty gelatin capsules so I ordered them, but I didn't check out the ad. Thinking I may have mad a mistake I called them and waited for someone from customer service to answer, after waiting and getting no response I hung up then called again and left them a message which they never responded to. I told them that I may have made a mistake and wanted to exchange the capsules for the larger size. I also emailed them. I finally realized that they were never going to call me back so I ended up calling my bank and disputing the charge. I would never trust them after this.

Ordered Alpha lipoic acid .11th November 25 Informed order was on its way .On 20th November enquired how long before order arrived .Told order had been rejected and returned to base ?? Order Not Rejected .Delivery NOT attempted .I am told I will get a refund ???

I ordered Horbaach Black Seed oil thinking it was the one I have had for over a year from USA. It was not the same Horbaach Black Seed oil at all yellow pee colour and does not smell like Black Seed oil at all. The USA one was real Black Seed oil.I don't trust this company as they are selling on Amazon as Horbaach and seem to have taken over from USA brand- It was a BAD EXPERIENCE

I've been ordering for several years directly from Horbaach and have not had a single bad incident... My products are as they should be and I receive them on time... Ordering thru companies that have vendors can be risky since you do not know if the vendor is legitimate or how they may be operating... Ordering supplements directly from its source may make a difference!? Generally, pricing is the same or can be less while the chances of getting your product may be bettered assured of being received for quality...

Am still waiting for my order8 days after being told it is on it's way.Not a very good company to but from by the looks of things. Order no.HBUK 29410

My order has not arrived after two weeks and cannot be tracked but I keep getting fobbed off and told to wait and nothing happens.
Very frustrating and poor service

This supplement poisoned my fiancee last night. He was up all night vomiting, stomach was cramping. Bottle suggest taking 2 capsules at 100mg preserving and an adult only should be taking about 11mg of zinc no more I believe than 30 to 40 when I researched this morning. Smh. He just fell asleep about 10:30 this morning.

Though the poor rating initially made me apprehensive, I still took a bold step to order for two items. I received the items as expected in terms of delivery duration and product quality. I am entirely satisfied.

I wish I could post a picture of what arrived in the bottle! It is a disgrace!!
Half gel black small capsules and the others GOD only knows what they are?
They are long dry powder beige color capsules.
One has to wonder about ALL their supplements
I've been spending 1000-s on Amazon all Horbaach for many years and the LUTEIN COMPLEX is not the 1st bottle to arrive like this but it will be the last in our family.

Very poor customer service, I didn't get my order and was asked to wait more and more. No money, no vitamins and huge disappointment.

the last time i ordered from pipin rock they sent the stuff from America ..
the quality and price is ok but logistically they are rubbish

Price is very competitive. Delivery was as promised.
Product is AWESOME. Not fancy packaging. Not over sized capsules so you get more for your money. Love the product. Thank you very much.

1.5 ⭐️ for Horbaach MCT oil which solidified into coconut oil flakes on bottom of 1/2 gallon container. Real MCT oil is viscous all the way through.
Emailed showing pictures, Lot numbers and no refund, just a run around from various customer service emails.

I make my own supplements with MCT oil and had to dump it.

So, I lost money buying Horbaach oil and contents I made.

On website they give a good song and dance on quality, but reality is quite different. Not to be trusted.

I’ve purchased Piping Rick supplements in the past but never again along with Horbaach products!

A reputable company would have issued a prompt refund after I sent them what they asked for, but not Horbaach. I’m not wasting my money to mail back jug with coconut crap in the bottom.

Don’t waste your time and money on substandard products.
