I strongly advise everyone to stay away…

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Horizon Peak Immigration. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing and feels like a complete scam. After taking the payment, they stopped answering calls and messages. When they did respond earlier, the documents they provided turned out to be fake and unreliable.

Their behavior is unprofessional and deceptive — they make false promises, provide no real support after receiving money, and avoid any accountability. It seems they are only interested in collecting payments, not helping clients with genuine immigration services.

Please protect your hard-earned money and do not trust Horizon Peak Immigration. Based on my experience, they are not legitimate and their actions are highly questionable.

Fraud and Scammers

This review reflects my personal experience. If any detail is factually incorrect, I welcome correction. My purpose is not to spread false information, but to alert others so they don’t face the same situation.

Unfortunately, I was defrauded by this company. If confronted, they may deny I was ever a client, insist services were delivered, or dismiss my experience as “just one unhappy review.” Please don’t be misled by these standard excuses often used by scammers.

💬 What They Promise vs. What They Deliver

1️⃣ The Contract

The contract is completely one-sided.

It includes no clauses in the client’s favor.

The core message is clear: “We accept no responsibility and no refunds under any circumstances.”

It legally protects them while leaving the client fully exposed.

2️⃣ Payments Without Receipts

Despite repeated requests, no receipts or acknowledgments are issued for payments.

Transparency is deliberately avoided.

3️⃣ Fake Job Offer

They promise a job offer within days, but what arrives is from an unknown agency with no employer details.

The agency lacks credibility or even an online presence.

When questioned, they insist, “We call this a job offer” and demand the next installment, claiming a real work permit will follow.

4️⃣ Bogus Work Permit

Instead of a genuine permit, they send a self-made contract falsely labeled as a “work permit.”

When challenged, they reply, “This is what we call a work permit.”

They again demand another payment before providing anything verifiable.

🚩 Serious red flag: Documents bear government stamps positioned over employer signatures—something no legitimate authority would ever issue.

5️⃣ The Delay Tactics

They promise the final visa within a week but stop responding afterwards.

Replies, if any, are vague, misleading, and designed to stall.

Excuses range from “Your case is in processing” to “We’ve already sent everything”—without providing any proof.

6️⃣ The Last Trick – ADEM Application

Eventually, they send only a filled-out ADEM form, not an actual submission.

They misrepresent this as an “important visa document” but again provide no evidence that it was filed.

📌 Summary of the Scam

❌ Contract contains no protections for the client.

❌ Fake “job offer” from a shell agency.

❌ Fake “work permit” disguised as a job contract.

❌ Documents cannot be verified with any authority.

❌ After collecting three installments, they ignore you.

❌ Phone calls and follow-ups are avoided.

❌ Communication is vague and evasive.

❌ No access to real company representatives or ownership details.
