We're sorry to hear that but that is under the control of Royal Mail and not ourselves due to your delivery being late. We've not had any email from you regarding this, nor a request for a refund.

Quick and straightforward
Read a few reviews which made me suspicious but overall the reviews are positive so went ahead and ordered an item which was available at the best price I could find along with free postage. 2 days later it arrived in plain packaging. Opened the packaging to find the exact item I ordered along with a free gift. Perfect service.
I will always look here first from now on. Thanks so much.

Maybe postal company needs rethinking
After an initial problem with delivery I still unfortunately didn’t receive my order but eventually was returned to the company by the postal company and email came saying I’d received a refund. I’d potentially order again if they changed couriers x

We are disappointed that you are giving us a single star review based on another companies slowness to deliver, this is harmful for a young business and this review should be based on our company, not another's.
