My smoke buddy shipped while I was on vacation, so I thought it'd just sit in my mailbox and wait, but it was randomly returned due to "Insufficient address" even though my entire address was there. When I brought this up to support they got everything covered to get it on it's way back in just a few days! They said they haven't seen anything like that before. I'm just special I guess lmao 😇😇😇. I've used my friends' before and had to finally get myself one, 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait for mine to show up!

Not only that, but Carly also sent anither item for free as compensation. Throughout the process she remained very responsive and attentive. I’ve ordered from Horny Stoner a couple of times and I love the selection and the quality of the products. I got a hello kitty bong that I was nervous would get broken in transit but it came intact and so carefully packaged. I also love the selection of jock straps I bought here. Also, I made a mistake while placing my order and Carly was incredibly helpful and very quick to fix it. My packages always arrive quickly, too. It’s one of my favorite shops. You can tell the people in charge love what they do!

Lost money and this is all they can say a year after the fact.

An investigation was launched on our end last year and we were informed by USPS that your package was more than likely seized due to having an item not legal to be imported into your country upon arrival in Australia. Unfortunately, the Australian post can not confirm this for us, as the USPS tracking number was changed once it arrived in Australia by customs and it was not updated on their end. ordered stuff in march and it has just been lost in transit since then. they won’t help me out, and i tried filing claims for it. they are trash

i love everything about this site, but i will say it is a little annoying how quickly and how long things run out of stock. i know it’s not anyones fault in particular, because you all are a small business; it just sucks to have your eye set on something only for you to never be able to get it. other than that everything is great!

I never received my package. Wrote a few emails and got told that once it was handed to the USPS it was not their responsibility. Everyone just washed their hands of it and I literally got robbed. I lost all of my money and no options given just dissmissed. I actually had such a different perception of this store but have never received such shibad service. So dissatisfied! And it wasn't a cheap order. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered a bong. They sent it without putting that there is glass in the package. The bong came broken to the point that i was unable to smoke from it i emailed them and i have yet to receive a reply. Not to mention the bong took forever to ship. Dont order any glass from this website unless u want to wait for it only for it to be broken. Also my downstem was broken
