I took my Dads clock to Gordon after it stopped working after 40 years, and from the moment I emailed Gordon to the moment the clock was returned to me in full working order, the service he provided was absolutely fantastic. Gordon is clearly very knowledgeable in the field of horology, and from start to finish he kept me up to date and even sent some photos of the repairs in progress. He cleaned and repaired the clock for a reasonable price and provided an excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Gordon.

Gordon has done a marvelous job in servicing my Hermle moon phase mantel clock for which it lost time and the chime had stopped when I took it here from Hong Kong. Gordon is reliable and efficient, and his charges are reasonable. I found his craftsmanship is much better than the Hermle's official agent in Hong Kong.

I received courteous and prompt service from Gordon. He gave me information on the type of clock and its workings and was also willing to help if we had any problems with hanging it.
I am delighted to say that the clock is working perfectly.

I contacted Horologica about repairing a clock belonging to my partners late grandparents. Despite the fact we were advised it was not economically viable to do the repairs, we has them done for sentimental reasons. We received a detailed estimate, and regular progress on the work. The final price was as expected and communicarion was fantastic throughout. The clock is now ticking and chiming happily for the first time in 20 years, and we are very satisfied customers.

I have a clock of huge sentimental value that had stopped working.
I took it to three different repairers who kept the clock for months without working on it waiting for an obsolete part to suddenly appear on the market.
Gordon agreed to look at the clock and actually started looking for ways to get what turned out to be an extremely complicated working. The cost was reasonable. You will be impressed by his honesty and intelligence.

I emailed Horologica and with the hour I received a reply with the offer of help by phone. Although with the aid of reading the tips on the website I was able to resolve the problem with my cuckoo clock. I have to say it was a really simple problem, had it have been anything internal I certainly wouldn't have attempted it myself. But 10 out of 10 for prompt customer service. I would definitely take my clock to this man.

After many years of neglect the clock is as good as or better than new. Rich memories flood back as I listen to the tick and chime.
