I wanted to start designing web sites and provide hosting services for my customers but was worried about the technical side of hosting as I wanted to include it as part of my design package prices.

One big thing to me was quality UK support, I've dealt with other hosting providers who out source support or have poor quality staff and were not very knowledgeable fixing my issues always took hours if they got fixed at all and I always ended up frustrated.
