If I could give negative stars, I would. Hostliger is by far the worst hosting company I’ve ever dealt with. Their support isn’t just incompetent—it’s the worst in the world. You wait Months for a reply, and when you finally get one, it’s either a copy-pasted script that has nothing to do with your issue, or outright hostility.
This company doesn’t deserve to operate. Their business model seems to be: trap customers, ignore tickets. Hostliger should be shut down immediately. Do not give them a cent. Save yourself the harassment and money.

Choosing Hostliger was a complete mistake and a total waste of money.

Their service is beyond terrible. The support team is useless — they don’t answer calls, and emails are either ignored or replied to after endless delays with zero proper solutions. It feels like there is no real team behind the service at all.

Because of their sheer negligence, my website seowebx.com suffered serious data mismatches. This is not a small issue — it directly affects business operations, and they clearly don’t care.

Their cPanel security is shockingly poor. It’s so weak that it honestly seems like anyone can access and modify your data. In my case, website data was changed without my permission, which is extremely alarming and unacceptable.

This is not just bad hosting — it’s risky and untrustworthy. If you value your data and your business, stay far away from Hostliger. Absolutely the worst experience.

My website is not working properly and their support is not helpful. I also asked for a refund but they are not responding properly.

I wasted my money here. I do not recommend this hosting to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the hosting services provided by Hostinger. My experience over the past few weeks has been frustrating and unreliable.

First of all, the SSL certificate keeps getting deactivated automatically without any clear reason, which directly affects website security and trust. The customer support is very poor — when I send a message in the morning, I either receive a reply late in the evening or sometimes no response at all.

Another major issue is that they change the server on their own and then simply ask me to update the IP, which is not a professional way to handle hosting services. I purchased offshore hosting, but it has been down for the last two weeks. It works for one day and then stays down for 3–4 days. This inconsistency is unacceptable.

Whenever I contact support and ask for a resolution timeline, they just respond with vague answers like “it will be fixed today” or “we are working on it,” but no real solution is provided. At this point, my website only works 2–3 days a week, and every week there is a new issue.

Additionally, the free domain that comes with the hosting never has SSL activated unless I use Cloudflare, which should not be mandatory. Even basic things like cPanel access do not work properly. I requested my cPanel login in the morning, but I still haven’t received it.

Overall, the support team lacks technical knowledge. The representative handling calls and messages does not seem to understand even basic concepts, yet is presented as technical support.

I am extremely परेशान (frustrated) with this service. I would not recommend this hosting provider to anyone looking for reliability and professional support.

Waste of Money – Worst Hosting Service I’ve Used

My hosting period is ending soon, and honestly I had the worst experience with Hostliger. I was not even able to properly use the service properly for even one month because of continuous problems with your hosting.

I purchased hosting and a domain for around ₹1100, expecting a reliable service. But instead of stability, I kept facing technical issues again and again. Because of these problems, I could not properly run my website and the service became almost useless for me.

What made the situation even worse was the support. On 20th December I tried to contact your team on WhatsApp for help, but my call was not even accepted. When a customer is already struggling with service issues and the support team does not respond, it shows a very poor level of customer care.

Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing hosting experiences I have ever had. I paid for the service with trust, but the quality and support were extremely poor. Even if in the future there were very limited hosting options available, I would still never choose Hostliger again after this experience.

Hostliger is a scam

Hostliger is a scam. I purchased hosting from Hostliger, and although they provided the hosting, it does not work as promised. Most of the time, the website and server are down. There are similar issues with the mail service, which is also down most of the time.
They offered a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they refused to answer my calls and emails and even ignored the tickets I raised on the platform.
If you are planning to buy hosting from Hostliger, don’t buy it.

Very disappointing hosting service

Very disappointing hosting service. They promised affiliate support and payments initially, but after the first interaction, there was absolutely no response. Emails and messages are ignored, and there is no follow-up from their team at all.

If you are relying on their affiliate program or expecting professional communication, think twice. Customer support becomes silent once they are done with their part. This kind of unprofessional behavior seriously affects trust.

Overall, not a reliable hosting service, especially for affiliates.

Hosted my domain with Hostliger and…

Hosted my domain with Hostliger and experienced serious performance issues.

1. The website is extremely slow and often does not load at all.
2. Outgoing emails from my domain completely fail to deliver to Gmail, Outlook, etc.
The server returns a permanent 5.0.0 error, indicating a mail server or IP reputation issue.
3. I raised a high-priority support ticket with technical details and evidence.
4. As of now, the issue is unresolved and has affected both website availability and business communication.

This is not a website optimization issue but a hosting/server-level problem.
Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

I am using Hostliger since March 2025…

I am using Hostliger since March 2025 and I had a very bad experience with this hosting service, and I strongly do not recommend it.

Their customer support is extremely poor. Most of the time they take 7–10 days just to reply, and sometimes there is no proper resolution even after waiting so long. For any hosting service, support is critical, and this one fails completely.

The server performance is terrible. Even something basic like opening cPanel is frustrating—it automatically logs me out within 1–2 minutes. Managing a website becomes nearly impossible because of this.

On top of that, the server downtime is frequent. The server goes down at least 1–2 times every week, which directly affects website uptime and business credibility. This level of instability is unacceptable for paid hosting.

Another important thing: do not get fooled by the 5-star reviews. Many of them are misleading. The company forces or repeatedly requests users to give 5-star ratings. I was also requested to give a 5-star review in the beginning, which I did—but now I completely regret it because the service quality has gone down badly.

Earlier the service was average, but now it has become very poor. If you are planning to buy hosting based on ratings alone, please be careful. The high ratings do not reflect the real experience.

Save your time, money, and peace of mind—look for a better and more reliable hosting provider.

I will be publishing a review video on YouTube and filing a case in the consumer forum for fraudulent activities.

Hostliger is one of the worst hosting companies in India. I have been using their services from April or May and the day I purchased the hosting; I started facing issues.

The day I requested migration from another provider, they never looked into my support ticket and responded after 4 days.

Also, they are fooling people in the name of Free Licenses for the WordPress Plugin and Themes. Licenses work but are of no use if the downtime is of 2 to 6 days long.

Hostliger do maintenance whenever they feel is the suitable time. They don't care of anyone. This is their company, and they ask their customers to go straight to the hell.

I faced downtime at least 50 times since I hosted my websites. I lost important email communications and important clients due to the downtime. Database error and unscheduled maintenance is the biggest problem.

Hostliger is a fraud and cheater company, so are the co-founders like Tech Bhavesh who is the face and the promoter of the company. On WhatsApp, they are saying that your refund will be done with compensation and now not even responding to WhatsApp messages and support tickets.

Extremely Unreliable Server & Zero Support — Business Loss



I purchased a server from Hostliger expecting a stable and professional service. Unfortunately, for the last two days, my server has been completely down. This downtime has already caused me significant losses, as my client projects and ongoing campaigns are directly affected.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of proper support. Despite raising the issue multiple times, I haven’t received any clear solution, timeline, or proper communication from the support team. For a hosting provider, reliability and fast response are the most basic expectations — and Hostliger has failed on both.

I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend Hostliger to anyone who is serious about their business. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to move all my projects to a more reliable provider.
