The Customer service was very professional and helped me througout the process and also helped me choose better plans in course to my needs and allover the services had a very good impression, very good for beginners , I would say !

When I had tons of problems like joining the server, adding add-ons/mods they help me alot, they works hard for the customer and yeah they are super friendly and eventually in the end I was able to join the server and able to add mods ^_^
