Van te voren heb ik mij laten informeren via de chat om gebruik te kunnen maken van Softaculous Auto Installer.
Dit was allemaal mogelijk. Met deze informatie heb ik besloten om een reseller hosting pakket af te nemen.

Na inloggen op het controle paneel bleek de Softaculous Auto Installer niet aanwezig te zijn.
Ook had ik geen bevoegheid om met mijn reseller pakket onderliggen accounts aan te maken.

Bij het openen van de chat staat er bovenaan de chat "We reply immediately"
Dat is alles behalve waar, chats wordt totaal niet op gereageerd
Telefonisch heb ik 1x iemand te pakken gekregen, alle andere pogingen direct voicemail.
Tijdens dat telefoon gesprek zijn er beloftes gemaakt die niet nagekomen zijn.

Tickets wordt in een regel op gereageerd met de mededeling dat het zou werken, wat wederom niet het geval is.
Zojuist een annuleringsverzoek ingediend. Het is maar de vraag of daar wel wat mee gedaan wordt.

Een tip voor mensen die overwegen bij Hostslim klant te worden: NIET DOEN!

Door mijn ervaring te delen, heeft het bedrijf HostSlim besloten om het niet op te lossen. Echter heeft HostSlim op mijn bedrijven pagina zelf een review geplaatst om andere service providers te waarschuwen voor mij als klant.

HostSlim, los het gewoon op i.p.v. je klant in zwart daglicht te plaatsen......
Aan mijn review is geen woord aan gelogen.

Wat een geweldig bedrijf is Hostslim een super service en wordt snel, adequaat en vakkundig geholpen. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen.

We were leasing IPv4 /22 ranges for this client and he was always late with payments. Also got our IP ranges to blacklist and now nobody wants to lease from us because he messed up those IP ranges.

Een zeer fijn bedrijf, met een erg fijn team die zeer klant vriendelijk zijn.

Ook kijken ze goed mee met uw vragen / problemen, en reageren erg snel op uw vragen.

Ik raad het zeker aan binnen mijm vriendenkring

Ben aan het rond kijken naar diverse hosting providers, maar hier krijg ik geeneens contact mee.
Mail wordt niet beantwoordt en telefoon na 10 minuten nog niet opgenomen.

Ik bekijk hun dns records en zie gewoon domme fouten mbt spf record van een hosting provider mag je toch beter verwachten.

I loved their service.
They are attentive and very helpful.
They treat their customers first and very carefully all the time.

Worst host I've been with. The support is slow, arrogant and often doesn't even bother trying to fix the issue at hand. Very disappointed, switching to a different host. Should've done so ages ago. Several week long downtimes as a result of an unannounced server move and they're happy to delete your data to avoid having to fix anything.

Onaanvaardbaar. De website van hostslim.nl is onbereikbaar, mijn website is meerdere malen per dag onbereikbaar. De telefoon geeft een afgesloten toon en er is geen manier om dit bedrijf te bereiken om een verhuiscode aan te vragen. Mails naar support en sales bouncen. Niet aan beginnen.

HostSlim has been horrible. My VPS is regularly down. When I file a support ticket responses are slow (sometimes weeks) and sometimes the'll delete my data in hopes to solve the problem. They have even changed my VPS's IP on me with no notice (or any notice).

I had to log into the control panel to figure out what was wrong only do discover a new IP.

Most recently they have been down for a week (still down) and the only communication from them is that they will be up soon.

Unprofessional. Do not use!

Terribly unprofessional. Servers went down with no prior notice. Company tweeted that servers are "on-route to the new datacenter within 15 minutes." 48 hours later, all servers are still down. Company's website is down. They do not reply to emails. They just tweeted that "servers are being powered on", but 14 hours later they are still down. I can't imagine how anyone would find this acceptable. Whatever reasons they have, 48 hours of downtown just screams "we have no idea what we are doing"

Great company. i have ordered a server a few years ago. Great uptime and great support. Love these guys!

multiple downtimes within a week. This year my webpage was down for more than 10 times already. Reaction on request to solve the issues are very slow. At least twice my webpage was down for more than 24 hours.
On weekends no one is online, despite the promise on the webpage to be available from 8 - 24 every day.
But I got a quick reaction once I wrote a bad review 2 weeks ago.

Finally I decided to use another provider. However so far I haven't received the required code from hostslim. Again very slow reaction. Conclusion: Don't use hostslim.nl if you want to get a reliable service. Be warned, they don't deliver on promises.

This hosting company is one to avoid. Constant hosting offline without warning they get your hosting account disabled if your Wordpress site got hacked and do not provide any solution and do not reactive your account or even reply to support tickets. I hope they read this and will provide solution but even then I have had it with this company!

More importantly, fast and personal Customer Service on the rare occasions assistance is required.

Highly recommended provider who treat customers fairly as real people rather than as a number.
