This company is really awful.
Their products are very poor quality, made in China and do not resemble the photos on the website.
The sizing is inaccurate.
They send an email item by item saying that it has been shipped. This appears to be an attempt to prevent you from cancelling the order for a refund.
After 2 weeks, I had received only one item and it was awful. I returned all the received items for a refund - They are insisting they have not received them and refusing to give me a refund.
After 5 months, the parcel that was sent to them using the return label that they provided has been returned to me with a stamp that indicates that delivery was refused :(
They are now offering 20% refund or they want me to send it back again at my own expense :( :(
If you send anything to them make sure it’s tracked or they will deny receipt.
Finally, after 6 months persistent emailing they agreed to refund me.
So my advice would be, don’t give up, if they owe you money, keep demanding they give it back.

The clothes are nothing like those in the pictures, the sizing is terrible and the order arrives in dribs and drabs. Trying to contact customer services is pretty impossible. They only replied to me after I raised a dispute with Paypal about their lack of communication when I asked to cancel the remaining items on order after seeing the quality of one item when it was delivered. I am now going to try and return the few items that did turn up from them...but I suspect I will be met with a wall of silence and I will have to raise another dispute with Paypal. Avoid this company.

No option to use credit card..... I continued and paid with PayPal. Then I googled reviews (should have done that first). I expect a rubbish dress not as described. Tried to claw back through PayPal but the transaction is “confirmed”. You win some, you lose some. Be warned.

Bought two tops and a dress, probably spent around £60 - think if I’d paid 60pence it would have still been too much - the quality is awful, the clothes are nothing like the pictures - complete scam - DO NOT ORDER from this site!!!!

Utter rubbish....definitely a scam. Do not order, clothes are not what’s advertised, no refund slip to send back, have my money and no clothes....disgusting

Very unhappy with this product. It doesn’t look anything like the picture, uses cheap material and is far too small. Very, very disappointed. I feel it’s a scam! They are laughing all the way to the bank. The company suddenly appeared showing beautiful pictures and now will probably disappear now they have money after intense advertising and quick sales and little chance of refunds. Also another business showing the same pictures popped up on my social media soon afterwards.

Honestly if i could give this a negative review i would. All clothes undersized and of terrible quality. There is no real returns policy as you have to send back to china. The cost is prohibitive.

They offer 15% refund if you dont send. It is a scam.

Cheap copies from China. Quality is appalling. Be warned!!!
