I hired a hot tub for the weekend as was having a family get together - had great service from initial contact with Carla through to collection by Kenny. Highly recommend - simple, easy & made my party one to remember! Will look forward to using Hot Tubs Oxfordshire again.

A really good hire for a long weekend. Very easy to order & delivery/collection v straightforward. Maintenance minimal, despite quite heavy use - we hired for the new year week, so it was v popular. Happy to recommend

We friggin love this Hot Tub (Marquis Epic). Ordering was easy and straight forward and the service (delivery, install, wiring in etc..) was first class. It's easy to see that Hot Tubs Oxfordshire are trying and achieving to deliver gold star service to their customers. I can honestly say that this has been some of the best customer service I have experienced. Don’t take this the wrong way, but I do hope you stay relatively small (and successful) as a company and never lose the drive for excellence you have!

We spent one evening in our friends hot tub and absolutely loved it so we were really interested in getting one for ourselves. Hot Tubs Oxfordshire were recommended to us by our friend as the company they used so we went there to look. We chose to buy one instead of having our annual holiday abroad this year and it was definitely the right choice for us, we spend most evening in our new Marquis Hot Tub and I'm really noticing the different with my sleep and general wellbeing. Kenny and Carla were great from initial sale through to aftercare and chemical advice, we will certainly be using them for all our hot tub needs, highly recommended!

Before I was a customer of hot tub Oxfordshire, I had trouble getting the correct amount of chemicals around water care. I called hot tub Oxfordshire, and spoke to the owners over the phone. With no hesitation, they talked me through what I needed to do. I’ve since had a full service. I Can’t recommend them enough, Carla and Kenny are so helpful, reliable and offer a great all round service. 5 Star from start to finish!
