Hotusous Opiniones

This product has very low suction power that is not at all like the video. Don't waste your money on this vacuum.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I finally received my product which was NOTHING like what was advertised. I have contacted company numerous times but they have never responded. I think we should all get together and sue them for breaking the truth in advertising law.

ordered an item, item was nothing like the advertisement. tried to return and they refused with no reason. company is a scam

complete BS vacuum. these ads are ai-generated, do not trust them, i promise you, they can not and do not work like that. they barely work at all. honestly it's such a complete scam i don't know why they bother pretending to ship a real product at all, just send us a piece of paper with a vacuum printed on it instead, what's the difference.

Please do not buy this product. The advertisements are a lie, probably AI generated. The suction power is poor and only picks up loose items, which you have to go over a few times. I should have read other people's reviews before wasting my money on buying 2 of these useless products.

Products don’t work , no response to requests for return/refund.

I ordered the vacuum cleaner. It arrived and does not work. I contacted the company who after 2 emails tell me they don't ship to New Zealand. Absolutely useless.

I feel completely duped, the high suction cordless car vacuum cleaner does not have any suction , is very cheaply made. Useless

Absolute garbage! . Bought 3 vacuum car cleaners for $113 can . I wouldn't have paid $5 bucks for it at Dollarama. Complete scam . I hope they enjoy the money I paid them in this life because they're going to hell for taking it. Benny

I ordered this product and never received it, now it’s says that I will get my money back. I better get my money back. Shame on them for scamming people

The product was not even close to what was advertised. Refunds will not be given and is a complete rip off. Stay away under all circumstances.

Its time to save other online buyers. This website has no customer support at all, no call center and your buying journey will not be good. Also, beware of sharing account details.
They don’t have good quality products nor they send what they advertised. I am also willing to point out that youtube.com should banned this website as well.

I bought vaccum cleaners they luckily arrived but never met expectations so I never opened and request a refund. There is no such thing as customer support or real company details that you can share your problem. Keep away and fairwork Australia please banned them for security of the Australian users.
