Weekly bonus calculation lacks transparency and inconsistent support responses

I am sharing my experience with Housebets regarding their weekly reload bonus system.

During a weekly period, I wagered approximately $111,793 with a net loss of around $1,155. I also received a separate $300 leaderboard prize during the same timeframe.

After contacting support due to concerns about my weekly bonus, I was informed that:

My full wagering amount was counted
My net losses were included in the calculation
Rakeback and leaderboard rewards are handled separately
The final weekly reload was $121

When I requested a breakdown of how this amount was calculated, I was told the system is automated and no formula or further details could be provided.

During the conversation, support responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. One agent (Edward) provided conflicting information regarding the weekly period and did not offer clear clarification when asked for details.

Because of this, it is not possible for me to independently verify how the weekly bonus is derived or whether it is consistent across similar activity levels.

I am not claiming the calculation is incorrect — only that the system lacks transparency, and users cannot understand how rewards are determined despite high wagering activity.

I hope future updates include clearer reward explanations or visible formulas so players can understand how their bonuses are calculated.

Very good casino with professional administration, although there was some delay in withdrawal request to be settled due to technical issues, but after all resolved and done, and i recommend it.

After the first bet, the limits were lowered to 0. I made a withdrawal request, but it was canceled. They requested KYC. I uploaded documents. Two days passed, but the account hasn't been unblocked. Support said there are no set deadlines for verification! I don't understand how document verification can take days, weeks, or even months in 2025? At a decent casino, this process takes 5 minutes. It's worth noting that my total winnings amount to $74. For that amount, I sent all my documents and certificates to an unknown recipient and for an unknown reason. I definitely don't recommend this casino.

I made a small deposit and managed to win, withdrawing two small payments of a few hundred dollars. But when I tried to withdraw $7,000, I got ERROR-17 )))))))) What does that mean? I don't know, but support said, here's a $100 bonus, shut up and keep playing....
