We like the service, but we feel there are no offers available. It also seems quite expensive for something as small as a bathroom cleaning service.

If we could give them 0 stars we would. We started using Housekeep as they had good reviews. They also claim to supply the "best" housekeeper available and on the surface they appear to take the stress out of organising a cleaner.

However, the level of damage caused during our recent clean is utterly unacceptable. We had our bathroom re-done less than two months ago and there is significant scratching across multiple high-end surfaces, and the true cost to rectify this sits at over £1000. Most concerning is the lack of transparency; we were working from home at the time, yet the housekeeper failed to flag the issue, instead continuing to use the same abrasive cloth across every surface in the room.

After reporting this to Housekeep they initiated an investigation which concluded that their Housekeeper was at fault. They offered a £300 credit note (which cannot be converted to cash) and to date have failed to refund the clean in which the damage took place.

It is a nightmare trying to get through to anyone from customer services as they hide behind emails. Their policy for accidental damage is used as a shield for them to avoid providing renumeration. They will allow you to speak to the cleaner directly but at that point they refuse to take any further liability. What we found beyond comprehension is the fact that they can only provide a credit note for their own services - why would we ever let any of their tradespeople back into our house?

We will be looking into other avenues on how we can recover our money from this company. Do not trust them with your property.

Lucineia was absolutely incredible—she did such a thorough job and gave our flat a true deep clean. Every detail was taken care of, and the place feels fresh, spotless, and so well looked after. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional cleaner.
